Items not as described, customer service is unresponsive.... Then they claimed they sent items that were not sent for "fixing" the issue either.

We purchased our tadpole/frog (Bully) for my daughter's 10th birthday -- she is now 42 years old, and the frog is still very much alive with me -- I sometimes forget to feed it for a couple of days but it seems to be working~so glad I can still buy food for it!

I bought a Grow-a-Frog and was very excited to get my frog but the first one was dead upon arrival because it was 77 outside despite the fact that everything on box says that they will look at the weather in the area and only ship the frog when weather allows. I tried calling first and no one answered. I emailed and they quickly got back to me. I explained the situation and requested a new frog be sent and recommended specific days (the following week) when it would be cool enough. I waited for my frog, nothing. Now a few weeks later I receive yet another frog dead upon arrival. It’s currently 79. I call, no response. I have called 12 times and not a single time has my call been answered.I’m extremely disappointed that 1) two frogs would be killed simply because of someone not paying attention and 2) that the customer hotline doesn’t even work. I am still trying to resolve the issue but even if everything was magically fixed, I wouldn’t rate any higher than a 3 because of all this.

This is a Awesome company that backs up there products . It's exciting for Family s of all ages and very interesting. Love the owner who cares deeply for the frogs and there baby's and treats everyone with a smile. The product is a great learning experience as well and fun and last for years

My children have received multiple tadpoles from this company. One actually grew into a frog and was a pet for three years. Any problems we have had with keeping them alive rest squarely on my boys. Great company to deal with.

One of the tadpoles didn't develop into a frog and eventually died. No problem. They're guaranteed, right? We contacted them via email and they assured us they would send another one. We even paid for shipping and bought more food. They sent the food, but not the tadpole. They have now stopped responding to our emails.

I can't begin to describe the ordeal we've gone through with these people. It involves multiple interactions, multiple offenses on their part, and the worst possible customer service that you can imagine. I'm not someone who is easily annoyed and I understand when things don't go as planned. However, this company is run by people who are completely incompetent and unhelpful. Stay away!
