I have seen this place when I go to buy groceries and finally today I decided to call and ask for information. I only wanted to know if I needed an appointment and the hours of operations, she was very rude and told me all that information is available in google. Really?

The great clips inside the Walmart on hwy 50 near Ross is horrible..over charged and didn't cut my son's hair correctly and when he went back to complain about charging $25 for just a buzz cut they said that is for a hair cut ,blow dry and wash which he didn't get all that done..top off.

My experience this 2nd time time was great and not so great. Pam was my beautian, she asked me the right questions. She listened to me, and I love my cut. As for the 1st time, the manager was very rude and loud. I overlooked that the first time. Computer problems, blah blah blah. She will not allow anyone to help her. The 2nd time, she was the exactly the same way. Pam is the best I've seen in a long time, 1977 and I'm 65 and alot of cuts. Don't leave me Pam.
