Sam's Spring Hill is going down hill. There is a key making van there lately. They used to park up front just in front of the exit in no one's way. Lately they park on the 3 best parking spots. This tells the Sam's manager doesn't care about his customer's. He must be getting a kick back or maybe a family member runs it.
Today after I checked out there was 1 checker at the door. The line was back up past the Cafe almost to the back wall. As I git to the front a second checker showed up. No manager anywhere around. Again. The manager's just don't care anymore. There is no competition.
I can not wait for the BJ's to open layer this year. I plan to take my business there.
I'd the manager at Sam's doesn't care about his customer's he should lose his/her job. 2 weeks ago I went to complain about the key van. Of course the manager was not there. I talked to an "acting' manager. He said that the key van is parked where the manager told them to. I gave him my name and phone number and asked for the manager to call. No one ever called. Not only does the store manager not care neitherdo his "other" managers.
I cannot wait for BJ's to open.

Long line at membership services and at the time, only one service member working behind counter. Called store to ask for additional assistance but the phone rang and rang and rang, no one picked up. Eventually someone else showed up to assist but person at end of line already left from having to wait without seeing any progress of line moving. Once the other person showed up, line moved fairly quickly. No one in food court to wipe down tables, people were cleaning their own tables. Some prices like Mobil 1 synthetic oil is better priced at Walmart.

Purchased an LG washer and was told FedEx would be delivering, tried to get an update on delivery. No one answered the phone and there is no area online to ask for update. CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Did our shopping today at the Brooksville store, even though I have never had a bad experience with anyone there, today was an excellent experience. My disabled husband started out on a motorized cart and got to the back of the store by the sodas and battery went from 100 percent to dead. He called out to me " oh shoot" and before I had time to ask what happened your employee Jose was walking past, stop and asked if everything was alright. My husband told him what happened then Jose told him to sit right there and he would get us another one. On the second cart we got to the meat department and it stopped. Who happened to walk by but Jose asked if everything was ok? He proceeded to go get my husband another cart being as polite as could be. Got to the register and our cashier was all bright and was happy to help me with unloading my cart. I am sorry I forgot his name because in a world of employees who act like they hate working much less going out of their way for a customer you have a great crew who made my husband's and my time in your store a pleasure. What ever management is doing right for the employees keep it up.

Usually always have a Great experience at Sams in Springhill,
but Not this time.Stood in line at the Service desk for 30 minutes behind one person to ask where I should go to pick an item up.
The girl finally called her manager to come over and help her as 8 people were now behind me. I mentioned how long I was in line to the Customer Service manager and she sarcastically said she had to eat her lunch. Told me I should have gotten in the correct line to begin with. The short stocky woman sure did not have the personality of a Manager.

Just went in to get a tire fixed, after a flat. The guys were closing, but so graciously fixed my tire quick. I knew they really didn't necessarily want to do it in that moment (given they probably just wanted to close up and get out), however they fixed it with smiles on their faces. They were VERY respectful and really helped me. Thank you to you both!!

SAMS local management and personnel need to watch closely the suppose to be "service dogs" i just saw one passing the meat department and start smeling a rack of ground meat that the employee was stocking. REAL service dogs well trained dont do that.

More dogs in here than a pet store. Always barking or dogs fighting, crazy for a grocery store.
