Very nice store, great selection. Super friendly sales staff. Puck and Heather were very professional and helped me pick out the look I was going for. I got exactly what I wanted, jeans, belt and boots. Lots of bling!

I don’t usually write a review however, I had a great experience at this store. Heather and Athena were so accommodating and helpful. I’ve never had such great customer service. Awesome selection of boots and attire. Will definitely be back. The store was very clean and well organized. They definitely made a life long customer here.

I just got to say I took my wife into this location, I have been to all other locations this location was the best Megan and Heather were the best and I mean that with all sincerity, they went out of there way to make sure that my wife had her first pair of boots fit perfectly and that she loved them so thank you very much and merry Christmas this will not be our last trip to this location it’s only n extra 10 minutes but worth the drive for the customer service you get

I just wanted to thank Megan and Heather for helping me today. I stopped in Russell's in Brooksville for the very first time today. The ladies were very nice and patient with me. They helped me find what I needed. They have a great selection of boots for me and my family. Everyone was super nice and not pushy. Prices are cheaper than Remingtons and the people are nicer. I will be shopping here from now on.

I would not go back.. there was only 1 service woman there... I was the only customer the whole time I was there. I went in to buy a pair of jeans that had bling on the back pockets. My 1 st time in store.. she never spoke to me the whole time.. I could of used help in finding a pair of jeans. I hadn't bought anything for myself in a long time. I didn't know my waist size.. or the length of my leg. I didn't know where things were...I was looking around.. I had to dig in the shelves to find what I was looking for. I did try on 3 pairs. I bought one .. she never spoke to me the whole time I was in there. I wanted to buy some boots too. But I didn't want to stay in the store any longer... I did not want my money to go to this store. Very bad service..
