Excellent customer service, attentive and patient staff I went in for Western hat, was fussy about getting the one i wanted which took some time and patience from the staff....they were courteous, patient and helpful Great selection of boots, had my size in stock Prices seemed to be in line with other stores carrying similar quality brand name merchandise

Stopped by their Anniversary sale. the buy one get one 50% off misrepresented at cash out. All sales final so no returns. Be very careful when purchasing. We felt like we were just scammed, and sadly will not return.
