My nails looked nothing like the reference photo. I showed a picture and was told by an employee they could do it. Halfway through the procedure, I was told they couldn't do it?? Will not be returning.

ok, if I could give them a minus I certainly would. shall I list the reasons let me count the ways..1. the "owner" man creepy AF. 2. having a certificate does not mean you are qualified, that was very obvious. 3. not a conversation or explanation, just high pitched scream voice, that does not listen to what the client wants at all. Mani-pedi is what I requested and I will tell you being in the public professionally, this is not the experience you want or need for a relaxing pampering day!!!! -99 rating for my personal experience. absolutely no pride in their work. I had a mani- pedi done by my little niece, at age 7 did a much better job.the tip I left was to help you, buy a book on manners, respect and the art of conversation to sustain a business in America.

Brooksville on 50 Absolutely the worst of the worst No communication with clients at all. Comprehension skills for English is minimal at best. I got a mani pedi but not the type I requested. As other reviews stated it is a horror trying to get what you want to have. My pedi was sad really, mani was where I gave up! This business is in the business to make you frustrated and look like a grade school project gone wrong!!! Save your money IMO and experience here it's a negative -99. Now to find a place to correct the unimaginable, have some pride in your work, sick of these behaviours. If that where them paying for services the cops would be called on us!! You need to close down, figure something else out for a business cause this is not acceptable.

If I could give this place zero starts I would. Don't go to this place if you want to get tortured and possibly risk an infection. I went there today for a pedicure and the man who did my work hurt me and knew he was hurting me and just looked at me and smiled and said look, look at what he was doing. I told him it hurt but did he stop... eventually after I almost pulled my foot out of his grip. I am sitting here now with very sore and bleeding toes. I will never go there again. I have been to the one in Inverness and they were always wonderful. never had an issue but this one in brooksville... never again. I will drive 45 minutes out of my way before I ever go back to this place. hopefully I don't get an infection with the way my feet hurt and toes look red and swollen. Not worth the risk ever again.

I was only doing a manicure and I expressed that one of my fingers had no nails so if they can just take care of the cuticle and so on. She did not she did not take care of my hands at all so it was a waste

(If the actual owner could respond to me I'd appreciate it greatly because the way I was treated is completely uncalled for and I shouldn't have to feel embarrassed by the women who work for you, when I had done nothing wrong)This is in response to the "owner" who told me to call so that you can rectify the problem. So I called the number that you so kindly provided and spoke to a woman on the phone, and she said for me to come in at 1pm and they will take care of me so I did just that but as soon as I come in I spoke to the lady that I talked to on the phone (which she refused to give me her name along with another lady) and asked if they are truly going to rectify the problem and then all of a sudden I was told No, VERY rudely! I was also told that I must have the wrong regal nail salon as if I were stupid and didn't know where I went. When obviously I know exactly where i went, especially since it's Walmart right by my house. And then when I tried showing the ladies the reply I received from the owner, they said all well owner not here! So not only did I do as they asked me to and then drove all the way here to be spoken to with extreme disrespect and rudeness. I've never in my life had anyone that works with people or anything like that to make me feel like I was a nuisance and to just go away! After already having paid for services that were not cheap by any means and told to call, and they'd fix everything, then to be belittled and made to look like I have no common sense and a liar is unbelievable. Why would not only the owner but the woman on the phone (whom I explained everything to) tell me to come up here so they can take care of me to throw me out and have multiple women attack me with there words in front of all the other customers instead of being polite and taking me aside to discuss things. I'm literally still standing here as I write this reply to the owner in shock of how horrible I was treated for absolutely no reason! That is not how anyone should treat people, especially when there are customers, and I was told to come back up here to begin with. And couldn't tell me who the owner was so I could at least speak with him or her but instead told there is no owner, so leave. I was actually really surprised that I got a response to my review and pleasantly at that. Until I walked in.

Not a very welcoming environment. Very disappointed with my manicure as person was on verge of rude and rushed through the manicure. Didn’t like the way person was condescending and felt they needed to “scold” me. I left tip because I used the service but you can rest assured I will never step in there again. Honestly,It was not welcoming as you walk in .One associate that work there as if they do not rely on work anymore or building a client base.The pedicure was about 20 minutes for a gel spa pedicure ** and rushed and I have a giant cut , and because the file machine was used to file off previous nail Color at what seemed like a higher speed it weakened my natural nail and caused breakage of my natural nail. I myself am a cosmetologist and was able to spot a few things wrong .This person seemed like a angry person and it was not a pleasant experience as someone who wants to just get away and get their nails done should have.I did not get her name but she was the second station to the right in the back, I am not happy because I am big on tipping and paying for work that is worth it!Service: Pedicure

I will NEVER go back to that place. I went in for a pedicure and left in tears. Admittedly I get bad callouses but this woman humiliated me when she showed what was in the cheese grater to my daughter and the customer next to her saw as well. I got looked at like I was a homeless person. Then, they had the gall to charge my daughter extra to do the callouses! Find somewhere else to go. I'd give negative stars if I could.

My wife had her nails done with a fill-in and polish. It was a lot of rough edges left when filing the nail lengths down on the acrylic tip. Had some Halloween artwork done and it was subpar.

My mother and I went in to get our nails done. Lu Anne did my mother's nails it was the dip with white tips. My mother tried to tell her that the nails didn't look right they didn't listen and continued right on doing what they were doing. At this point my mother was frustrated we paid we left now the nails are pulling up, they have humps in them, and they look horrible never ever go to this place. We went back in today to have them fix it and the lady looked at her and said I see no problem. When you have a customer and the customer tells you that there's something wrong listen to the customer. Customer is always right in this instance she was. Rude when we came in like they didn't have time. If you don't have time tell us we would have gone somewhere else. You charged $55 for this crap. I'm sick of her being taken advantage of.
