This company just told my husband “ We don’t need your business and don’t call again” because we were wanting to straighten out a billing issue. They were trying to bill for an extra month. They could not pick up a bed after two months that we had paid for because they had no diver. Days later they picked up and now charged us an extra month. They do not have the right dates and will not get that extra month as we have disputed it with are card company. Not any way to treat a good customer. Customer service very poor watch out.

I am posting this because I am the actual purchaser of the scooter that Francine Horn’s review was referring to. I bought the scooter with $2000 of my money. I still have it. It works great. My daughter did not lie about the cover. It was missing and has been replaced end of story. However at this point please stop trying to make your business look good by posting the fact my daughter lost a video. She shouldn’t have to even prove it was missing. You are very unprofessional. The fact that you deleted my daughters previous responses and blocked her from responding to your current post just shows your lack of unprofessionalism. What is done is done. How about you just say Sorry you couldn’t help us with replacing the cover? My daughter was upset because you were screaming at your employee saying NO way you could have done that. Everyone makes mistakes. You are a Grumpy old man that probably needs to retire according to my daughter. Anyway I wish you and your business the very best and I hope you no longer response to us regarding this incident that happened almost 1 year ago.

Worse company you can deal with, they don't service their junk they sell or rent out or lease, their hoyer lift is pure trash and when it breaks they blame "You" then tell you warranty is expired, avoid them at all costs

Took a friend there to pick-up a walker. I was amazed at the quantity and quality of the product on hand. They have converted the old skating rink on Jefferson into a huge mobility equipment supply.

The owner of this store is the most unprofessional owner of a store I have ever dealt with. However his employees are Awesome!! My mother recently purchased a mobility scooter for over $2000 on December 16, 2022. I will admit I did not notice until recently that the battery cover (a plastic cover) for her scooter was missing. I called the store to ask about the cover thinking maybe they had it. Well unfortunately they did not have it and the owner REFUSED to believe HE sold us a scooter without a cover! I was speaking with his employee but I heard him in the background yelling at his employee telling her there was no way he sold us a mobility scooter without a battery cover. WELL SIR YOU DID!! It’s ok I’ll buy a new one from another place. The cost for a new one is worth more than having to deal with someone like you. I feel so bad for your employees. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware that you are the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered.

Sales woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She really helped me to assist my parents in FL while I am in CT. I hear the service inside the shop is wonderful, too. Definitely recommend.
