Huge disappointment, produce department and ordering for products never received a call if they can get it or not employees saying the same thing over and over we don’t carry those item's which I purchase every week and You do carry. Sad and pathetic how publix has gone down hill . Being a Floridian it’s sad but it all depends on the Store manager and grocery store managers. Even with the new Residents to Florida there is no excuse. Poor customer service here in Brooksville Square

The level of competence nowadays is utterly ridiculous. People have the audacity to want $20+/hour but can’t put together a simple sandwich. Your deli is beginning to slack at numerous locations. Guess the only sandwich joint left to eat at is Firehouse subs where it’s never incorrect and always a hot sandwich

This Publix is spotless. The "buy one get one" are your best bet. One thing...I wish they would have a bigger bakery.

I don’t normally write reviews but after SEVERAL visits to the same deli, different people each time, the service has been horrendous. The first experience at this deli, the woman took 15 minutes to make 2 wraps! The second experience, a gentleman decided to put frozen wraps in the toaster oven in which cause the wraps to be unusable, again making the process of making 2 wraps unnecessarily long. In both of those cases. Both of the wraps were rang up by the deli counter wrong and we were going to be charged for a more expensive product. Luckily we noticed and informed the cashier in which they had to fix and give us a free sandwich each time. (The only pros of going to this deli, actually). Against my better judgement I decided to place and order for pickup from the deli thinking that maybe not having to deal with someone at the counter would help but obviously I was wrong and that is why I find myself writing my first google review. I ordered the sandwiches an hour in advance to ensure they would be done when I got there. To my dismay they had not been even started the sanwhiches that I order an hour earlier, therefore having to wait another 15 minutes. Needless to say, will not be going back there. 0/10 would not recommend

It's Publix. 99.9% the same brands and selection as any other Publix. Friendly staff, and Sarah at the self check is very helpful and patient with stupid questions from (me) shoppers.

Their rotisserie chicken bags are ALWAYS open, and the chicken is always overcooked and too burnt and cold. I always go to publix for Rotisserie Chicken, and this, publix, by far, is the worst for it.

Dont know what happen today with the Fried chicken but was not golden crispy., was more brown burnie or the oil need to be replace soon.!!!
