I had a dental procedure done and needed to pick up a prescription on the way home. The first pharmacy I went to had a wait time of 2 hours, the other one was closed because they were had no power. I thought I would give Publix a try seeing how I use them for my groceries.
I was not at all disappointed. It took them 20 minutes to fill the prescription and it came with the smile we've all grown to expect from Publix employees .
From now on this will be my place to fill prescriptions.

Another bad experience at the deli counter on Sunday, July 9th. I waited almost 30, minutes to be taken care of. There was two people being taken care of when I arrived but when one of the deli workers finished her customer she decided to walk away leaving only the other worker at the counter that was taking care of her customer rather than taking care of me. Finally when the other worker was done with her customer she started my order but there was no urgency in her actions. It's come to the point that if there are a number of people at the deli I won't wait because I don't have time to spend a half hour or more waiting to be served.

?Shout-out to manager Danny! I had a recent medical incident thankfully near the bench at the end of my check-out lane. He appeared immediately as well as other front-end staff! He offered to call for medical as well as family, but I quickly recovered enough to drive home. He walked me to my car and suggested I just sit there awhile which I did. And more recently I was looking for a paticular item . Danny checked on his app and then proceeded to go get the item and bring it to me! This is my neighborhood store and I have never been disappointed in nearly 16 years!

I went to the Publix Deli. Lana made me, possibly, the best sandwich I've ever had! She truly poured love into it! If you are hungry and in the vicinity, make sure to stop here and see Lana! She will rock your sandwich. She made my day!

Ordered a plain, undecorated cake since they didn’t offer a sonic design. I picked it up today, brought it straight home and put it in the fridge. I just got it out to decorate it for my son party tomorrow and this is What I have. If I wanted a cake that looked like I did it. I would have baked and put the icing on myself. Very, VERY disappointed. I always order cakes from here but, probably not anymore.

Deli department is terrible. I had stopped coming to this store for deli 6 months ago because the service is terrible. It’s always slow or out of chicken tenders or wings. Any time I went in they were out. If they weren’t out 1 person was running the counter. So I gave up. Tonight I thought I would give it another try. I was tired and just wanted a chicken tender wrap and wedges for dinner. The wedges I got are stale and mushy. I then wait in line for a wrap. 2 empl

Thank you to the pharmacist Anthony for talking such amazing care when I had a mild reaction to a med on Thursday. Everyone at the pharmacy treated me with such kindness and caring. Made the whole ordeal so much more calm and for that I greatly appreciated your help.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be able to secure appts for the Covid vaccine at this Pharmacy last evening. We arrived early fully expecting to sit in our car for an hour or so until it was time for our appt which was absolutely acceptable. I saw a table set up outside the store for folks arriving for the vaccine and decided to go ahead and inform the young lady that we had arrived early and just to be safe, would like to confirm everything! Well, she could not have been more helpful and understanding! She took our info, ran in to the pharmacy to see if we could be served early and came back with the good news that indeed we could be!When it was our turn, the staff at the Pharmacy window were ready for us, took our info and got us to the table to receive our vaccinations without wasted effort or unnecessary and potentially dangerous delays. Everything was set up with distancing and protection protocols adhered to as much as is humanly possible. We felt secure with their methods and the Pharmacist who administered the vaccination. We want to thank everyone involved for their professionalism, kindness, and for making the vaccine available! We have been long time Publix customers (in Bradenton) and are accustomed to great service, but these folks in the Brooksville Pharmacy went above and beyond and we are eternally grateful. God Bless!

This has got to be the worst Publix that I have ever experienced, I don't know where they even hire these people from. I'm referring mostly to the Deli department to no customer service what so ever. I asked for a sub sandwich today, the gentleman behind the counter had such a poor attitude while making my sub, he even put extra oil at the end and I was so upset I told him to forget it. The cashier didn't greet me till the end of my scanning. I'm very disappointed I do t think I'll be shopping their ever again.

I recently moved back to Brooksville. After being away for 3 yrs I realize how much I missed this pharmacy.I filled 4 of my daughter's monthly prescriptions and was actually notified that they were ready. It was nice to KNOW they were ready as opposed to hoping they were. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful.

Publix is the most expensive grocery store in the area, but they offer the best quality brands (like BoarsHead deli meats and cheeses) and their staff is top notch. For example, I am not qualified to work here as I tend to be cranky and cynical. The Publix difference is high-end specialty items. Most recently, I moved my prescriptions from Walgreens to Publix Pharmacy because Publix Pharmacy was willing to accept the GoodRx coupons, which saved me over $80 this month. Now I can afford my Grey Poupon.

Staff working hard and still smiling and very attentive during the virus, was very much appreciated as they try to accommodate us seniors, truly a blessing.
