The job the groomers did was great - but the charges based on what their website says are so inflated- was charged an extra $21.00 per dog then was shown on their website. The extra charges - especially the $5.99 per animal for "materials" - bath and cut - so materials are shampoo ? for 2 small dogs under 10 lbs - that's expensive shampoo.

I've been buying my dog food for about a year now I feed my dogs gentle giant dog food the price of Petco for a 30lb bag was about $42 for a 30lb bag I go through 30 lb for my two dogs in about 3 weeks it came time to go get dog food at Petco and they raise the price and when I got up to the register the girl says oh it's on sale I don't understand how it can be on sale when they race it to almost $50 in 3 weeks I know they're still having a supply chain problem with the Biden administration what is $7 price hike is kind of ridiculous and I know there's some other dog foods they did the same thing too so I'm no longer going to be shopping at this store or any of their stores I just think it's pretty ridiculous that people are trying to feed their animals and they can't afford it but I want you to donate up at the register help feed the dogs I think they need to start feeding the dogs and cats what's some of the money they're gouging their customers with is companies like this that sell the dog food and the cat food that are making our shelters fill up that's just my thoughts thank you

This store always has a nice selection of fish here. Brian who works in the fish dept. is awesome! He knows a lot about the different types of fish, knows what to recommend for your tank, and always picks the best and healthiest of the bunch for you. I always seek him out when I’m looking to add fish to my tank and would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy fish. Thanks so much Brian!! My fish are happy and healthy!!!

Wanted a proper fish tank for awhile now and decided to finally do it just because. Went to Petco since other small pet stores did not necessarily have what I was looking for or the fish did not look healthy at all.
Met Bryan the fish guru at Petco and he was so helpful and awesome! Answered all of our questions and explained a lot of stuff we didn't even think about as first time fish owners. Ended up getting a beautiful little blue lobster (already named him Leonardo de Pinchy) and a couple of other fishies in the same tank. Thank you Bryan for making our experience much easier and making sure we had everything we needed before leaving the store (without being all pushy).

A very loyal customer for the eighteen years I've lived near the Brooksville , FL location... I spent $30 on five fish today (two separate clear bags). At the register, I discovered that I would be charged 10 cents for a plastic bag to put the two bags with living animals in for safe transport. I'm done with you. Local pet shops have a little less variety and are perhaps a half mile or so out of my way... but this is the tipping point. Goodbye Petco. Give me a small discount for not taking a bag instead of penalizing me for needing one.
FYI...I'm also done taking my dog here for the several time a year $$$ grooming, So disappointed!

Great customer service! I needed special food for my cat who is in early stages of liver failure, the store associate (forgot her name) led me straight to where I needed to be to get the proper food. The store manager was also amazing in the search for everything I needed to help continue his care. I will definitely take the trip down to this store for all of my needs.
