Do not go here. They sell broken products and refuse to even exchange for one that works. They will rip you off and then block you on social media when you complain about them stealing from you. They claim they can't refund or exchange because people swap out old vapes but that is a lie. Most vapes now have indicators that show charge status and juice level. They are just liars and thieves. 0.00 stars

I don’t like giving negative reviews but unfortunately this time I have to. I purchased a new vape yesterday from this store, I get home, I use it and it works fine however when I went to charge it, it doesn’t charge. I came back today (the next day) to see if it can be swapped out. I was told by the guy working they don’t do swaps and they all sales are final and pointed to the sign near the register (that you barely see). I think it’s a bad business practice to sell things at your store that are faulty and there’s no guideline to exchange it out. Buyers beware

Purchased a vape for $20 bucks and after about 5 puffs it stopped working.. I figured it needed charging. I charged it over night and it kept "hissing". Went back within less than 24 hrs but denied refund or exchange. And the girl said "I don't remember you"... I was literally there less than 24 hrs ago. lol but anyways. Sucks. $20 down the drain.. especially within 24 hrs.

Been coming here for years. And some rude little girl working there denied my sale over $2.00.Spend a lot of money here and now I know they really don't care about return customers. Shame. Smoke zone is much better

Best smoke shop in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area I wish I could remember the name of the man behind the counter but the moment I walked in it was all vibes recommend all the newest vapes they had to offer even helped me pick out a flavor just all around good customer service specially for me since I’m new to the vape game but the flavor he put me on to is from Lost Mary and it’s Blueberry P&B Cloud definitely will be back when it’s time for a new one!!

Went in to buy loose tobacco to roll my own. The girl stated they've been out of all loose tobacco for 2-3 days. Also don't sell tubes boxes of 250 tubes. Only sell 200. I will NEVER return. Wasted my time.

I go to smoke shops for Kratom. I usually get 60 capsules for 10$, I go to thos store and for only 30 capsules for 17.56$ . This is absolutely crazy. Knowing everywhere else has comparable prices then you go here and you pay for double and get half is quite irritating. I will not be patronizing this location again. I usually buy the biggest bag. I work hard for my money and I refuse to over pay for anything that is offered 1/2 price EVERYWHERE else. If this is that overpriced then I refuse to buy anything else bc it's suspected that you will be over charged.

Bought 2 disposable vapes and 1 busted after maybe 5 puffs. Leaked right through the bottom. Should be an exception to the "no exchange" policy when sold a defective product. Looks like I'll go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Bought 2 batteries here for cartridges. Both of them worked for about 2 minutes then just start flashing and won't take a charge. But ofcourse "we double check they work before we sell them"... don't waste your money here

I personally dont like stores... This store was welcoming, spacious, smelled great. Cant say much about the products as i was looking for a specific item.Brianna had the knowledge i needed and knew the specifics as well as took the time to disassemble the item and name each part and its function.
