I've dealt with this pharmacy for years they were great all through the years if all the pharmacies didn't have the medicine my wife was looking for they did and not only that they would accept partial payments like visa and card all the pharmacies I couldn't do that the staff is nice everybody there is friendly my only issue is this the hours of operation something has to be done about that the voice messaging system when you call and they can't get to the phone says 6:00 p.m. that's not true it's really 5:00 p.m. but even if you show up at 4:30 sometimes Don leaves early you really got a call before you go but other than that everything's great

Let me say this place has no loyalty to its customers. Take it from me. I went here for over 10 years. My loyalty was to oak hill. I even stayed when they closed the Land I Lakes store. And then I come in one day and the basically to me, there main customers come first. Again I thought my 12 years would count as a priority customer. If you ask I think it's because I'm black. And how about they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know on Monday not to come in later in the week to fill because they didn't have my meds. they let me drive eight hours (I work out of town) go to my doctors appointment and then when I walk in the pharmacy, they standing there with a Sorry to bad for you look on there face, and then they decide to tell me. What a disappointment 14 years of loyalty and this is how you will get treated. Especially if you're a minority.

I love this pharmacy. Don and Marissa are the best! They are always so kind to me and understanding. Marissa is on point and easy to talk to. I drive out of my way and won’t go anywhere else. Don is very patient and intelligent. I seriously love talking to him when I come in; even though he’s swamped most days he makes sure I’m taken care of. Joby brought me to the pharmacy back when he was working at this location and he’s helped me out. Joby and Don are not only smart but helpful. I hope they stay forever because I never want to go anywhere else. Thank you to Don, Marissa and Joby for all you do. All of your hard work does not go unnoticed by me. You treat people fairly and kindly and never rush like these big chain pharmacies where patients are just a number. The staff here treat you like a human. When I have questions they answer them and take the time to explain. Thank you,Katie M.

This pharmacy is an Amazon hub to pick up your packages from Amazon and not have to pay for shipping. Girl behind counter wouldn't give me my package because i didn't have an Amazon bar code in my messages. I tried to explain that it's a numerical code ...not a bar code. She should have known that if it's a barcode she would have to had equipment to check the barcode with from Amazon. She ended up sending my package back to Amazon. Sorry but these kids today do not know how to take instructions. I hope she's not helping to fill prescriptions. Turned her into Amazon

I’m shocked to see comments on here about poor customer service. I love this pharmacy and drive literally 1/2 hour out of my way to do business here. Always quick, helpful, friendly.... kudos!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE staff!! Would not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy. I have a hard time processing why the owner of this pharmacy would allow such rudeness to come from his employees. One girl specifically is the worst but can’t say which one because she never greeted with her name and then hung up. Definitely better off going anywhere else.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. They always have my prescriptions in stock,never give me a hard time and are always willing to laugh and crack jokes with me(or possibly at me but either way). They've even gone out of their way to help me out a few times when I needed it. I've never had a single problem with them especially when I bring in Dunkin Doughnuts. The only complaint I have is Joby won't let me drive his Porsche!!!

Will never go here again. The pharmacist claimed my insurance would not cover a certain generic medication that they have covered for years, and forced me to pay cash by refusing to give my scripts back to me because I asked for a specific generic. When I contacted my insurance and gave them the information, they ran it and said yes they do cover it... they tried calling him to question as to why, and was repeatedly hung up on by the pharmacist. He is very pushy and not professional at all!!

Been getting my prescriptions for over a year at this pharmacy, they are super fast and friendly. After using Walgreens and Publix in the past I can really appreciate Oak Hill. They are a hop skip a jump from my house that's great!!
