Wow ... it's been a long time since I've experienced such an excellent degree of service. Stacie was amazing! She was assigned to help me retrieve items from my car before I left it. I expected to have someone simply point the way to my car ... so I could empty it. Instead, Stacie said "Go get your ride and bring it around back here, I'll help you get your items." When I got back around to her, she had emptied the whole car ... seat covers, Weathertek floor pads, even my Sunpass ... things I never would've thought to take. I can only imagine how nice life could be if we had more Stacies here on Planet Earth. Thank you Stacie ... you brightened my whole day!!!! ,Geoff

Excellent service, staff responding to call and questions is excellent. I am from Canada and the insurance complexity were handle with "patience" and efficiency. The work done on my Lincoln is first class, I am happy with all of my business with Mikes bodyshop and surely recommend it. :-))

Recently had a windshield installed on my automobile. This is a service that is not normally done at this location but they went the extra mile to accomplish this. Very pleased with the service provided. Definitely recommend you give them a try for your next service needs.

Best customer service, from one small business to another !!! Front reception was helpful and upfront with the possible delays due to the auto union strike. The case manager for our vehicle was pleasant and answered our many questions with ease and a great attitude. The communication throughout our repair was excellent and non cumbersome. The craftmanship and and repair is top notch, all the way to the pinstripe paint. Our repair was 2 weeks !! Thank you !!!- The Sbani's

I have been using Mike's Autobody for over 20 years. Just had my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD in for some body work, due to vandalism, and as always they did a fantastic job! Nice people if you have FOREVER to wait. I came in for an estimate and they told me they're scheduling out a couple weeks. Not to do the job but a couple weeks just for the estimate! I only need a bumper done.

When my baby, my Miata was hit, Mike's was the place recommended by my insurance. I had to wait a bit, my car was operable, so it was not a problem. The alternative offered was further away, in Hudson and had a 3 star rating, with horrible reviews. I waited, and I am very happy that I did. The results were excellent, the shop was great at keeping me updated and informed throughout the process. A very nice, clean, professional facility, a great staff. I took my 2006 350Z in to have the front end repainted after a bad experienced using the 3M clear bra that would not come off after 15 yrs. Bad product! I was paying for this out of my pocket and I didn't want a shoddy job so I went to Mike's whose reputation for quality work has been well known to me after 30 years living here. From the beginning Mike's exceeded my expectations. From the ladies in the front office to John Wright who gave me appraisals and guided me through the process, to most certainly the ones who performed the work (Da Vinci is alive!), I couldn't have been more pleased. John knew I was particular and he took his time to answer my questions and make sure of the details I was asking for. When I went to pick the car up, I was amazed, and I'm not easily pleased being VERY particular. The car looked like it just rolled off the assembly line! I was impressed to say the least. A 17 year old car, albeit garage kept and pampered, looked show room new. The paint blending and transition was impeccable. It's now parked in my garage until love bug season is over and the paint well cured/hardened (I said I was particular). I couldn't be happier and I give the team at Mike's my top rating for their efforts. Kudos's guys and gals! Many Thanks!

I took my car in to have a catalytic converter shield installed, it took hardly any time at all and when finished I was handed the keys I was told it was free!Mike's Auto body is really good and if I need anybody work done I will definitely go to Mike's
