Omar should be fired. He lied about the cost of the service, which costed a day of going back and forth between Metro and T-Mobile.
Also, T-Mobile and Metro DO NOT work together!!

The people here are worthless. Definitely don’t know how to do math and tried to charge me double for everything even when it clearly states from five other locations what the price was I don’t know how you get 800 from 400.

I never have any problems when I go to this store, and the employees are very knowledgeable of the phones. Professional on all levels. Angle is top notch when it comes to hooking customers up with the great deals and best phones.

This is not a comment on the staff. Went to this store to trade in a phone that t-mobile damaged while repairing the screen. They would not take the trade in. And told us we would have to wait for the insurance to send a new phone. Went to verizon, they had no problem taking the damage phone on trade in for $1000. How ever T-mobile refuses to give the transfer pin.
