Immediately walking in to the store the receptionist was beyond rude. She was looking down at her phone and when I said excuse me she put a finger up to give her a minute. She gave me so much attitude when I was just trying to ask where to go get my car serviced . The gentleman that walked me over was very nice . I’ve always had a pleasant experience in the past and this made me want to drive to Tampa instead of Brooksville for next time.

It's like any other hawk sanctuary. However, the service was good and fairly quick.

We wanted to give a huge shout out to Nick DeLigio from Maus Nissan. Although we couldn’t agree on the numbers, Nick was amazing. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and super friendly. If you’re in the market for a new Nissan, I would encourage you to call Nick!

We went there after seeing a car online that we were interested in. We were trying to stay around $20,000 it was listed for around $24,000 on line. We haggled a bit and we were offered $26,500 out the door. We really didn't want to go that over budget so we went home. We discussed it and thought we liked the car that much that we would take it so I showed up the next day and told him we would do $26,500. We were quickly told that now they want $30,000. I don't know but to me that seems like they kinda just wanted to be mean. So avoid it all costs because they will punish you if you don't take their offer the first time.

Maus Nissan of Brooksville Florida avoid avoid, they had a car on the lot that caught our eye and when we got out of the car we were immediately stormed by 3 or 4 vulchers and 1st words out of our mouth was we're just looking..... the salesman showed us the car and when we were leaving he begged us to come inside so he DOESN'T GET IN TROUBLE.. all we did was talk about the car he asked for our licenses due to POLICY,SO HE DOESN'T GET IN TROUBLE, next week we get a sorry we cannot finance you. Wtf, we just called and complained to the financial manager and she wanted to direct us to the salesman... we asked for the manager and she said we HAVE SEVERAL MAMAGERS... what a joke Stay away, they are way over priced in my opinion.... Never will I buy a car from MAUS NISSAN

I am over dealing with Maus Nissan they paid my lease then added the payoff to the price of a car . Put us in a nissan kicks which was very uncomfortable. Even went as far as go to the hospital where my husband was in to have him sign papers . Seriously . Finally trades for a 2021 Rogue woth maus care paying over 40,000 for a used suv. Then every oil change they come at us with an issue and haven't had the car 6 months saying we have to pay for repair when we were told everything is covered. I will never buy another car or get service from them again

I had major service work done on my Kia Soul. The one word I would use to describe them is PROFESSIONAL. Just remember it is a dealership. They are not cheap. Special shout out to Wesley who was my service advisor. I felt he "had my back" through the entire experience.

Went to dealership to get an oil change and had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely friendly and my service advisor was very nice. It was my first time there. Made appointment thru yelp. Oil change was $72.89. They also provided a multi point inspection and free car wash. I recently moved from Tampa. I called several different places before and their prices we much higher. I definitely will go back again. They are also a dog friendly place.

I just moved to Brooksville a few ago I Went Maus Nissan Brooksville yesterday to have the transmission looked at on my Nissan Titan this dealership played all the classic dealership games the diagnosis and computer update on my truck took about 15 minutes Then for the next hour an a half they would not give my truck back told me they were washing it and detailing it, I never asked or approved my truck being washed. They tried everything tp keep me at the dealership longer trying to sell me a new truck My service advisor Pete Buscemi act helpless the salesman Jason Graham continually lied to my Face about where my truck was so I could leave Each single person in the service department act as though. They had no idea where my truck was I walked to the cashier to pay the $185 diagnostic fee which some how jumped To $235 $28.49 for shop when I ask what shop supplies they used No could tell me. The computer update was some a Nissan requires for the transmission apparently This was fair early in the morning 10-10:30 before I got my truck back it's despicable it's scummy it's beyond Anything that I would ever expect a actual reputable dealership I've owned a bunch of Nissan in my life an having moved to BV I thought I'd start a new relationship with this dealer That won't be happening I will never recommend this stealer ship to anyone An yes included the name of the people I Dealt with directly because I want anyone who's considering going to this dealership to know that this is not just one or two people at this dealership. This is the entire dealership being sneaky, scummy, slimy and underhanded. This comes from the top. I asked to speak with a manager, and I spoke with the sales manager who told me that he could do nothing about anything that anyone was doing in the service department so I can be told him that his salesman was the one that had my truck taken back to the back of the lot and put in a building that I couldn't get to, and he said there was nothing he could do about that because the truck was being washed. The truck wasn't being washed. They simply splash water on the hood of it as a cover-up for their lies. Don't trust the Steeler ship don't go to the Steeler ship you work too hard for your money to be scammed and lied to and misrepresented Austin behind everything I said next time I will wear a body cam and I will record every single second of it and I will post it every social media platform on the face of the Earth. In closing fl ever go to this dealership. I had read some reviews and heard rumors online about this particular dealership group, Maas, being sneaky and shady and underhanded. My personal experience basically proves that they own a few dealerships and I would suspect this is probably a companywide ingrained pattern of behavior, although I have no proof of that this is my experience on this given day at this particular dealership, and I seriously doubt that it's an isolated incident. They did things, so well organized strategically trying to manipulate me and keeping my truck and keeping me from my truck

In October, my wife and I purchased two vehicles same day, 1new, 1 used, from Maus Nissan in Brooksville, FL. This morning, my wife took the used car, 2019 Nissan Rogue, into the service center there to have the rear camera repaired, it quit working about two weeks ago, and for a shimmy when you braked. They repaired the camera but told my wife the shimmy was happening because the car needed new brakes and new rooters and it would cost $560.00 dollar. Now I could see if we owned the car about a year and this happened, but not less than 3 months from purchasing the car. We were not even given any kind of discount nor would they give us one or any type of customer satisfaction. For someone that has purchased several vehicles from this company, I feel we were not treated fairly and was taken advantaged of. Maus Nissan has now lost a loyal customer. So beware this company.
