Customer service is not bad but the prices are higher than the sticker price. They tell you the Maus care is mandatory with every sale and it doesn't cover anything except tires. It adds thousands of dollars to the sale price and is extremely difficult to remove or cancel. Repairs are overpriced and they don't give discounts on repairs for people who spend thousands on the Maus care

Service advisor "Sabrina Khamphoumy."
Sabrina was very nice and very informative and a professional , from the time that we arrived, and left after we had our 2022 Rogue serviced.
While we were there, Sabrina kept us informed and updated on the progress. Again she was very professional. Very nice lady.
Any one that deals, and buys From David Maus and family, will always be considered family. And very happy that they did business with
MAUS NISSAN. Because Maus cares ❤ I also want to give Sabrina a rating of (20). Thank you again ?.

The overall experience was awesome! Everyone treats you like a star. Rob, our sales rep, was fantastic! He was attentive, respectful and very empathetic throughout the whole process. He even sent me a follow-up video message which I’ve never seen anyone do. Jesse was also great. I feel they give me a very reasonable price, and now I’ll have peace of mind, putting my son in a much nicer and well equipped car for college commute.
Maus care also give me peace of mind if something happens to him on the way. Worth the money. Will definitely be doing business again.

Thank you to Maus Nissan, specifically Noah Greez in Finance and Nick DeLigio our sales person for turning around a negative buying experience. Today we were delivered the car we desired for the same negotiated terms. While we had to sign new paperwork they made it a priority to have it ready and take us in immediately. We were in and out in less than an hour.
We can’t thank you enough. Should we ever need to buy another car we will be asking for Nick and Noah.

I was referred to Nick by a friend/boss. I did not think I'd walk out with a car the day I walked but Nick made it happen. I don't have to best credit and had no money to put a down payment on a 2022 Honda HRV but Nick made it happen, The team is great and worked with me the whole way through and I'm happy with my car I left with. I would 100% recommend Nick. There was even some extras done that Nick didn't have to do. Thank You Nick!

I have bought several new cars and I have to say that purchasing from Maus Nissan was the best by far! Jeff and Lexi were amazing at answering my questions and working a deal that fit within my limited budget. From the moment I arrived to leaving, I felt more like a person with needs and wants than a dollar sign or credit score, unlike other dealerships. And I am no easy customer to deal with! Lexi was very patient with me (went on 3 different test drives), took extra time to explain ALL the features of the vehicle and was extremely personable and considerate. And the icing on the cake- she had my new car personally delivered to my house since I was in my other vehicle and was in a rush to pick up my child from school! I am extremely satisfied and 100% recommend this dealership!!

Very nice, very friendly. But way way to high prices on service. Went in for oil change handed me a booklet of pictures and all kinds of stuff I need done to a price of over 4k lol well when they wanted over 2k for shocks for my small truck and everyplace else said $600 that's just crazy guess that's how they pay for the 50 plus people working . So if you want friendly service and pay way to much I would go here.
