I went there to return 2 items that were bought there 2 weeks previously. Tags still attached and receipt in hand the cashier accused me of switching tags on the items i brought back to return and refused my return. I was told that i switched the tags bcuz no one at Marshall’s would make that kind of mistake. The cashier said it so loudly everyone in line heard her. I left the store feeling ashamed and angry. When i called the location back i was asked to come back in and another employee would handle my return i never received an apology from management about their mistake. I am not a thief and work hard for my money. I will NEVER shop from Marshalls again.

They did not have anything I was looking for, shoes for a 5 year old, shirts for school, etc. And their prices are not so great.

Excellent store, where you can buy many personal and home items, clothing, shoes, decorations, furniture, toys, and items for dogs. Lots of variety of everything.store where you can get many items.

Cashier was rude! She wouldn't scan my phone the right way and kept saying that I could use my coupon! It was for 5$ off and when I finally took my phone and scanned it myself it worked! She had an Attitude with me since I got to the counter. I wish I remembered her name but she was a older lady with grey hair ( I think) but I will never be back at the store. Ill drive an Xtra 30 min if I have to that's how uncomfortable I was.
