We love this Lowe's! Always carts in lumber, and associates to help. Everyone is friendly and caring. Loaders at the exit are available, cordial, and the best! Besides lumber we also needed help in electrical. Dave was very knowledgeable, got us the right parts and pieces, plus saved us money! This is now OUR Lowes!

I’m in a wheelchair, I was repairing my shower, I went to your store ordered wallboard, tiles for the job, I couldn’t use my handicap van to bring so I asked for home delivery, I asked if the driver could help put materials in my garage. The said yes, I got 3 phone call from your store about the delivery. The driver told me he only dropes it in my yard. Now I have to wait for two weeks for delivery. I m a good customer to that store, I’ve purchased lawnmowers, appliances, washers dryers a lot from the store. It’s convenient for my wheelchair to get around. I will now never come to Lowe’s again because of my wheelchair. I’ll drive the extra 10 miles to Home Depot for my business.

Large aggressive dog in the aisle (where I needed to be) barking very loudly.. Owners were very uncooperative, so I went to Customer Service. Even though this dog was NOT a service animal, they REFUSED any intervention! I waited for a considerable time..
Left the store and I've never gone back!

Recently went to grab an air compressor. 60 gal craftsman. What we didn't knew or specifically what THEY didn't knew is that it shouldn't be on its side. Look if you're doing a job I expect that you do it well. Not half-hazzerdly.
