Very clean, the associate lady was very nice and kind. They have diffrent models of dryer and washers. Very interesting and works well. Wash my clothes better then then the 24hr one near by! Will come again

We've been coming to this laundromat for about a year now.. the people that work here are always helpful and kind.. I really like the options of paying with cash or through an app. Very convenient when you forget to bring cash.

We had our laundry done and both times we picked our clothes up, got home and started to put our clothing away it ALL smelled of cigarette smoke.
The woman who checked us out even went as far as to make some comments regarding the contents of our clothing. LMFAO, she thought our cotton kitchen towels were diapers and asked who wears diapers. I looked at her and explained they're dish towels. LOL, they are the old school cotton sack dish clothes.
The fact my clothing, towels and bed linens smelled of cigarettes both times was enough for my husband and I to seek service else where.

3/31/24 First of all, I sent that Post you put about someone being abused and wanting to show the video up to publix corp.If you are their maintenance Contractor. And I thought I showed them the kind of person you really are.
Like I said that post that you put down about someone being abused it wasn't me. But I will tell you by law if the abuse was so bad.Why didn't you report it? You are required as of july of this year to report such suspected abuse It is a felony if you didn't do it. You might want to watch out because you could have some legal consequence with that. Disabled individuals that are adults are considered dependents and treated as minors. Here you are offering up a video. That was pretty stupid of you to do that.**
billy trash. Rude and discourteous employees always gossiping about people. Owners have no concern for the dog hair being spread in the laundry mat and are doing people's laundry. I don't care how clean you think your animals are.They are never that clean Especially when you walk around outside they bring stuff back in. I've just seen the owners being nasty to people for no reason. And tell your employee to stop bringing kids in. Owners probably allow it because it's too lazy to cover the shift. Some of your employees dress like they're going into a bar.And do you really think we wanna see their butt hanging out of shorts and their breast? Doesn't matter how nice and clean you keep the place, we all know you turn the dryers down to rake more money out of us. Don't worry.I've already gone some place else. You have a problem with all these people because they are not the billy trash that works here .Your employee smoking front of the door And that comes into the laundry mat , and it also affects the people walking out. But the billy trash you employ doesn't care. I neither do the owners.

The only laundromat I go to. The owners are super friendly. The restroom is always clean. I never have to wait long to use a washer, even when they are busy. They have cute dogs too!!

OK when they’re open two times I’ve been they were closed so couldn’t do laundry. They are clean.. Perhaps if open another hour or two I’d be at five stars.

Owner bad mouth people and their employee allow her daughter skateboard on property despite notices not to. They turn their heads and the want to bad mouth those who say anything. Been going on For long-time. They feel they are above the rules and ATTACK those who speak.Please feel free respond to me for pictures.To all out there. Ashley filed false report on person for reporting daughter hoiverboard. And owners covered up the employees violation, as well as on Jan 5 using her children to help bag up outside trash that gets used by homeless(urinating)NO CHARGES. nothing was done wrong except the criminal offense of filing g the false report out of malice by Ashley. Stupidly admitting it was her daughter on hover board violations the policies posted.AND they covered up ashley using kids to help do her nighly trash duties on JAn5. Brooksville sheriff was given all information toconduct investigation .Request for charges against person(s) of this business has been filed. There are laws for covering up things like kids being used ,reference child labor.THEY PERSECUTED THE WRONG PERSON BECAUSE ASHLEY LIES And so now they are under investigation by for covering up things. BE WARNED. IF YOU SAY ANYTHING WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR EMPLOYEE, THEY WILL RETALIATE,. Also, please be advised this company and another they own is now under investigation by the Dept of Revenue, cash paying employees ispotential sign of failing to pay taxes. Ashley admitted they are paid cash under table.

Must be nice(not for customers) to bring little brats into work.I would like everyone to know that I looked into the supposed allegations against some of the people on here doing complaints period and there was no calls for any kind of legal complaintpoint by this company but it just goes to show.Why they continue to emplo I would like everyone to know that I looked into the supposed allegations against some of the people on here doing complaints and there was no cause for any kind of legal complaint by this company but it just goes to show Why they continue to employ such nasty people. The problem was that a female complained about the daughter of an employee skateboarding on the property when she should not have been. It is clearly posted , and they were just all too stupid to know that that is not grounds for and police complaint. But violating the policies of the property is tolerated by the employees.As I sit here, doing my laundry on this evening. Me and another person are talking . The girl here is doing the trash outside and then coming in and doing people's laundry.She's also gossiping about other people that are coming in here. And well it's just very unprofessional not to mention it's ICKY. I have also noticed that on some of the reviews seems like some of the good reviews are from people who have personal relationships with owners. And I also noticed how nasty they had been with other people in these reviews. It's no wonder that they allow the staff to act the way that they do.

I just moved to the area, as I am searching for a Laundromat. I always read the reviews, but it wasn't the reviews that told me what this business was about. It was the replies from the business, that told me, this is not the place to have me do my laundry.I haven't had an experience with this Laundromat. Those whom have had poor experiences, I'm sorry for the lack of proper responses you received. The rude, vile and crass way they responded to you is deplorable and unacceptable, coming from any business. It is crazy that they have personally attacked and blasted anyone who doesn't give them higher ratings. Even to the point of posting people's phone numbers online for all to see. Then berating the reviewer to the point of no shame. It will be this downfall that makes a business lose money. The way their words play in your head, that sounds snobby and snarky, sticks with you.I would recommend some business/management courses to the owners or the ones they allow to respond to these reviews. It will enhance your business, thus creating you newer customers. The way you respond to others, matters to those of us, who read everything, before using a business such as yours.Best of luck!Annie
