Awesome is the best way to describe them. My daughter (20 yrs old) broke down on her way to a summer internship and had to have her car towed to a dealership. Kevin and Kelly were both so helpful. Kelly helped her find a hotel in the area that would be safe, and Kevin took the car to the dealership and then dropped my daughter off at the hotel. They both went over and beyond their duties to make sure my child was safe. Being a mother 9 hours away from her stranded child it makes me feel good that there are such good-hearted people around. Thank you, Laso Wrecker Services.

Kelly and Kevin were a huge blessing! Kelly was extremely caring and thoughtful and helped me not only get a tow truck, but also gave me hotel recommendations and treated me with so much patience and kindness. Kevin was PHENOMENAL— he was extremely kind and sympathetic to my situation. He was extremely prompt, way faster than expected, with getting to my car and to the dealership. He went out of his way to drop me off at my hotel and even carried my bags to the lobby and waiting until I checked in with everything squared away. I am so appreciative.
This was not an ideal situation but I am extremely grateful to have stumbled across Lasso Towing because they helped me to remain calm and feel very safe. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Exceptional Service During a car accident!
Despite the chaos of the situation, The tow truck arrived promptly, and the driver was not only skilled at his job but also empathetic to my situation.
Laso Wrecker Services made what was a very stressful experience much more manageable. They handled my vehicle with care, transporting it to their lot, securing all belongings until I was home from the hospital and able to clear out the vehicle before it was taken for insurance/totaled. They also helped explain what to expect for the process since this was our first experience with an auto accident. Throughout the process, I felt like I was in capable hands, which brought me much-needed peace of mind during a challenging time. Thank you for your compassion during a difficult situation!

A huge thanks to Laso (Kevin). I had new tires put on a week before going camping; I drove about 85 miles, pulled into a campground and my tire comes off my rim as I am backing into the site. Seeing no visible signs of damage I wanted to get the tire off so I could take it to a shop. They offered to take it to their shop, inspect it and see if they can figure out what happened. They identified the tire had not been installed properly from the shop that installed it!!! Kevin got it back on the rim and got me all fixed up. Huge thanks to Kevin!!

Kelly (dispatcher) and Mike (driver) were awesome. I nearly had a panic attack because of the stressful situation and they kept me calm and leveled. Thanks guys so much for your help and keeping my spirits lifted!!!

A friend's daughter had her escalade towed last Thursday, went to get car back and she was denied because even though she is still married the car is in her husband's name and he is in south Carolina and refusing to release. Her 2 babies car seats and all of the 3 children's Christmas gifts are in there and she broughtA deputy with her to help but he wanted to arrest her if she went out to car. What person is allowed to deny the children's car seats and have a deputy back the owner up.?? Never, ever use these selfish people for their business they are straight up a*******.broughturgent a deputy with her but still no go . He was to arrest her on felony charges if she went in her car. Unfortunately had this company tow my car after an accident based upon my experience do not let them tow your car to their yard a simple ignition lock on a 90s car was too much for the driver to handle so we can start off with a messed up ignition cylinder now in 20+ years experience in wrecking I have not once seen a company carelessly shovel piles of dirt and road grime into the the drivers floor of the car no matter how wrecked the car is. If the car gets to the yard and you want it back expect a bill that's gonna punch you in the face when you hear it as well.

Dispatcher quoted an hour after we told them we were sitting stalled on the side of the interstate. After waiting an hour and a half, we gave them a call to see where they were. He stammered about drivers being backed up and they would be a good bit later. He then had to ask for our location... So he didn't know where we were even though there was supposedly a truck on the way... We got a call from the driver about 15 minutes later (after finding a new company) and the driver said he just got the call. Save your time and call American- they were there 20 minutes after we called and had fantastic service. Towed us 160 miles and we rode in the wrecker with the driver. Would probably still be sitting on the side of the road if we stayed with Laso.

Called and told would be an hour wait. At the hour and 20 minute mark called back and they hadn’t even contacted anyone and the wait began again. Contacted American Towing and they arrived in 15 minutes.Don’t waste your time with people that tell wrong information.Wasted an hour and 20 minutes in the side of the road for no reason.

Thank you, Laso Wrecker Services,and Mike there driver for the fast and efficient tow. The driver Mike was super nice and very helpful and extremely patient the entire time. I can't express enough how Mike did an outstanding job. Even at the late hour it was, I would definitely use them again.
