“Saturday the 24th, I stumbled into the Verizon office on Cortez in Brooksville, due to heat exhaustion. I want to praise the employees for their compassion and understanding. They allowed me to lay down on their customers bench and brought me a cold wet cloth to put on my forehead, also a cup of water. It took approximately 15 minutes for me to cool down enough to continue on to my home. They checked on me several times.

We were greeted immediately at the front door, and checked in. We were greeted by Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable and the best help I've had hands down. He worked every corner for me and my girlfriend, to get me setup with a brand new phone for free, and turned tables with the store manager to get us a free iPad with the new and upcoming deals.
