Shout out to David Dahlstrom customer service agent, he was awesome, professional and had all the paperwork ready. Very friendly and goes above and beyond his duties to make sure we were taken care of with the rental. Thank you! And Hertz should be thankful for such an excellent representative.

Hidden fees, total surprise, and somewhat unclear on charges and fees. I had to wait an hour after said time for a rental car. Live and learn when it comes to this place.
