A little disappointed this year, last year they told us we couldn’t get in so this year we bought tickets and upon arriving nobody checked our tickets, they were letting everyone in. I spent over $70 on tickets that were never even looked at. That is not fair to all, if I had known I would not have spent that money as money is tight. Why sell tickets if they’re never checked. Not right to do this, if you’re there early enough, anyone can get in. Ticket or not.

Wwent to 4th of July event last night.
A little warm out but not horrible.
JW from 99.9 was there hosting the demolition derby. Great times.
The fire work display was great too.

All 5k or so people were detained without being charged for close to an hour after the fireworks ended. No vehicles were able to leave the fairgrounds. What an epic fail on the planning committee and the officers directing traffic. The event itself was great, food and beverage vendors were amazing. Not sure why they held everyone hostage afterwards.

Interesting fair grounds. Went to a Toy Con there on a Saturday and the vendors were inside but in an area wayyyyyy too small. Was 5 bucks per person to get in. Tons of parking.

Been here for a few events, Circus, Gun Show, fireworks, Crash up Derby. Plenty of parking. Updated reader board sign on 41 would help. When driving past its months outdated.

I live a mile away from the fairgrounds. Since 5:00 pm yesterday evening, through all day today very loud music with very loud bass has been coming from the car show event. My house sounds like a barroom. This extremely loud sound system is very invasive and entirely unacceptable.
What morons are running this event and where are the county officials in charge?

We loved the fair it had everything you could want and was very family friendly. We loved the petting zoo

we asked to play 1 round of the balloon game which is $8.. shorted my change! (gave me $29 back out of $50) and then continued giving us darts saying “free shots on him”.. he took the rest of my $50. don’t go here.

ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF A LOT OF MONEY!!! I give it 2 stars solely due to the exotic petting zoo!! First off, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! The rides height requirements were absurd, food prices were outrageous, the ride selection and quality were unsatisfactory for a $30 armband. Go to Citrus Co Fair that’s twice as big, significantly cheaper and better ride quality! Super disappointed in our county fair!!!

Only went for the fair food, and that's just what it was, fair. Purchased 2 chicken sticks and a Coke from Stattlers. The chicken was leftover and dried out, and I couldn't eat it. Plus, I was charged $32.00 for the "food." Them, charged $10.00 for a half cooked funnel cake.
There was little to nothing to see for exhibits or vendors, mostly harassed by wanna-be politicians, Bible people and this trying to get your address.
Overall, it's really not worth it. Granted, I didn't go on the Midway. That might have been another 30 minutes wasted.

Fair was fun..a little pricy but overall a good environment. I fairly enjoyed the animal petting at the front. Love my Brooksville!!!

Great cars for kids car show,Food trucks ,vendors, dog show & if you into going deaf they have vehicles on the other end with sound systems that shake the vehicle.
