The best customer service I have seen from a business in a while. Chris Lewis goes above and beyond to make sure I am treated to the best customer service one person can get. Also I want to give kudos to Anthony Malec as well. These two deserve to get the recognition that they deserve. I just hope management see's there potential also.

Went and bought my daughter a side by side, was told it was good to go, found out that halo lost money on their deal from the guy they bought it from. So they pass on a junk side by side that now has to be repaired, and of course they will do it for a small fee. Consumers beware, these people sell junk used 4 wheelers and don’t stand behind what they sell. There’s more to this story, just didn’t feel like typing the whole thing out. Consumer BEWARE!!!

Can't say enough good about Halo. Dealing with Heather and Steve recently was a pleasure. I had a newer tractor with minimum hours that was not being used and when I met up with Heather and Steve they assured me that they could sell it fairly quick. Well roughly 2 weeks later Heather called and said they have a buyer and the deal will close in a few days. This was great fast and pain free for me as I was working out of state.

Impressed beyond belief. Chase & Scott both Kentucky bound salesmen approached me, walked me through, and helped me feel right at home during the entire week process (time I needed) for the purchase of my truck. Exceptional guys! Summer, from management personally made it a priority on her own time even to work with the banks and get this deal done for me no matter what; her husband Ron truly added the comfort that Summer & himself we're going to work this deal until it finalizes. Brian's team there is impressive, and I will be reccomending anyone I know in need of there next vehicle right over to Halo Auto Sports! Thank you again!

I just purchased a new tractor from them last week and they had to order parts for my mower deck to be installed I was old a week or two well less than a week later they came back out to the house to pick it back up to install and then brought it back a few hours later very happy about that in itself but the real reason for this review is I had the pleasure in dealing with heather she was awesome I told her what i wanted and needed and she showed me the perfect tractor and made a nice package deal very good price and I got everything I needed within my budget they are awesome to deal with very polite helpful and know their stuff will definitely buy from them again and look forward to dealing with heather again very highly recommended!

Bought a 2017 Benneche Cowboy EVO 60 new in 2017. 127 miles later the electric motor failed. After finding neither Halo nor the manufacturer would stand behind their product I was forced to pay 1000$ for a repair. During this same time frame I was relocating and no longer going to have storage space to keep the Utility vehicle so I elected to consign it with them to sell it quickly. This was a huge mistake as they did not sell it nor did they they make price adjustments that I asked them to I order to sell it quickly. I finally arranged for a family member to pick it up off their lot. When the family member arrived they found the machine in severely neglected shape. The seat was sun faded and cracked. I had previously garaged and washed after every use. The batteries all 5 of them were ruined as they had not charged it and let them cook in the Florida sun. I had previously followed the owners manual recommended practices for charging and maintenance. They charged 1000 dollars for a repair I can't even validate. I will have to spend 700 more on batteries just to be able to sell it. Really got taken for a ride on this purchase. Owner was directly aware of situation and offered no support. I had hoped to use the sale of this UTV to pay off medical debt from my daughter. Instead I will have to shell out more money and sell this lemon on my own. It is nothing short of a disgrace in how I have been treated by this dealership. I am not one to complain and this is my first negative review of anything on any website. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this dealership. They are dishonest and will lie to your face.
