Gemini Cabinetry helped us design the perfect kitchen for our home. They also made a lovely butcher block countertop for our island. Mike, the owner, was on site as our project was wrapping up to be sure everything was just how we wanted it.

Called these people to give me an estimate, told them I didn't have much to work with in the way of funds from insurance(water damaged cabinet) After weighing options and having this guy Mike come to my home to do his estimate for the work we were considering, decided to just do a repair to cabinet, had been considering new counter tops but the price was to high especially for a house we will eventually be selling. After corresponding and meeting with this women Barb the office person, we decided we didn't want to do counter tops especially after seeing the samples they had, very minimal to say the least...and in all honesty Barb was very unprofessional in the manner she carried herself...giving us other people's estimate prices not getting back to us and complete confusion on her end, left my wife with a low confidence opinion after meeting with her..in their estimate they gave me a quote to repair the cabinet I figured I would just let them repair the cabinet and go a different direction....this is where they really showed their a*** Because I didn't want them to do the entire job that they gave me an exuberant estimate for double of all they're competitors ...they refused to repair the cabinet...now the only reason I even considered letting them repair the cabinet is because they were recommended by the manufacturer....well...they obviously were trying to take advantage of us and are highly questionable in their ethics and business practices....I took my business elsewhere... In regards to Ammanda's reply.. lady you are full of it! That's funny Amanda, I never said anything to you about another counter company doing the counter tops, in fact I told you we weren't going to change the counter tops, will go ahead and add liar to your review..

Mike Sloan and his crew saved us from a horrible major remodel nightmare on two bathrooms. In short, another contractor/designer who started work in mid-Sep 2017 just never showed up again after mid-Dec 2017 leaving us with a non-functioning bathroom i.e. no electric, toilet, cabinets, sinks, countertops, gaping area on one side showing the studs, etc. Said contractor also failed to pay for goods to be installed, not even counting how much we had already paid them for this unfinished fiasco. Please note, this contractor has shut down the business in Hernando Co. We were in contact with Mike and he sat down with us on 3 Jan 2018 to work up a plan and budget to get this project finished. The day after we spoke, Gemini was here installing the cabinets, a plumber, electrician and glass company were also here seeing what needed to be done. The granite company came on Friday. It was overwhelming to see just what can be accomplished with someone in charge who knows what project management really is. On Jan 17, 2018, just short of two weeks we had a functioning and 99% finished bathroom. The custom shower will be here within the week. My husband and I can't thank Mike and his people enough. They are conscientious, clean working, take pride in what they are doing but most of all fair to their clients. We highly recommend anyone considering cabinetry and general info on how to handle being your own project manager to sit down with Gemini, you will be very happy you did.
