I have been going to this veterinary for over 6 years and they have changed. They used to be very caring about my dog but no longer. We had the worst annual visit. My dog had just been to the emergency room for her leg and Dt Reddy didn't even discuss it with me. After telling her i was confused about all the different tick and heartworm medicines she had prescribed over the years she went into the strangest discussion about them. She was more interested in talking about how her own knowledge than answering the question. Very strange appointment. Since she told me she would be happy to transfer my pets records to another vet i am in the process of identifying a new one.

Dr. Rod is our vet and I she is incredible, as well as her staff. I would never bring my dogs to anyone else. I have never seen a vet with so much compassion and who treats your "baby" like her own. She and her staff are spectular and we are lucky to have her. Elsie K.

I can't say enough, professional, kind, caring , goes above and beyond for all her animals and owners. Any complaints you must consider the source. I would only trust this clinic with my little babes. Dr. Rod is wonderful exceptionally smart, loyal to the fur babies. if you can be anything in this world be kind, or don't own an animal.

We left our vet of 6 years and, after getting a recommendation for Dr. Callazos we took our 3 dogs to him. He never listened to anything we said, he talked and talked without making sure we understood what he was saying and he jumped to diagnoses/opinions after 2 minutes. When we tried to explain our personal experiences with our dogs, their medical histories and situations he acted as if we hadn't said a word and just kept bulldozing his irrelevant opinion onto us.UPDATE: After discussion the doctor has shown great improvement in his communication skills.UPDATE AGAIN: MY 1ST REVIEW WAS CORRECT!! MY DOG WAS INJURED BY SOMETHING SHARP IN THEIR WAITING ROOM. THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SEE THE SERVIELANCE VIDEO. THEY TREATED OUR DOG UNTIL HE WAS HEALED AND THEY FIRED US AS PATIENTS!! CRIMINAL!! I SHOULD HAVE SUED FOR MALPRACTICE!

I love this vet, very helpful and caring, very intuitive with your pets health issue. Dr. Rodriguez is a very experienced vet and was so helpful with my cat's broken foot, and my dog's strange eye issue. This vet helps you to make informed decisions to control the cost! You can trust they are doing their best to help you and your pet. I am so happy to have found this vet clinic!

My two poms need their teeth taken out. Think I will shop around, $700 for one dog and $600 the other is way to much for me. They don't charge per tooth.

1st VISIT!!! WORST VET EVER!! Just brought my new 10 week old blue heeler puppy in after just loosing a beloved pet. Met with Dr. Reedy who did not greet me but instead decided to make an assumption that my dog came from an Amish puppy mill where they are raised in the back of a semi truck and have their barkers removed. She was not friendly and became argumentative and was extremely opinionated rather than taking concern and the well being of my new puppy. Do not bring your PET here. They do have 2 other doctors maybe they will be more caring and compassionate than she was. My puppy did not come from a puppy mill and it isn't even a pure bred dog. So little does the Ms. know it all Dr. know. Dr. Reedy also told me to feed the puppy grocery store dog food instead of the good quality food that I have him currently eating. If I could give a zero star I would.

Dr. Rod treats my pets like they were her own! Office and Tech staff are helpful, knowledeable and caring too. Maybe the prices are a little higher then some others-but I think you get what you pay for! If you don't own or run a business yourself you have no idea what it costs monetarily or mentally. Dr. Rod didn't become a vet to get rich- she does it because she cares about people and their pets. You are not forced to buy any services you don't want- you are given options and estimates. Dr. Rod has a good brain and she uses it to help your pet not rip you off-I'm offended by other reviews that do not appreciate the efforts she makes to provide the best care for you and your pets.

These guys are good.. good at turning a previously loyal client into one who's writing a negative review. The priority here is simply to grab for the money. I brought my pet here for a long time. I was willing to pay their much higher costs because I liked the doc. The last exam was over $340 for shots, blood work, physical..etc.. So, a few months after that, we ran out of a skin medication. I call up and ask to renew the same product that my pet has been using for years to treat an ear allergy. Instead of easily renewing it by phone,..nooo. We need to have another exam. The phone secretary says we haven't been there in over a year. Huh? Wrong. We were there less than 4 months ago, at which point the doc - who knows my pet's condition, conducted a full exam. I tell him that his dates are wrong. That doesn't matter. So I guess the timeline story is actually BS. I still have to spend my time chasing back into their office. This is probably so the owner of the clinic can drive a Mercedes. Find another poodle to jump through your hoops, guys. Bye.

The Vet didn't even touch my dog and said he had allergies without even testing him and charged me over $200.00 took my dog to Weeki Wachee Veterinarian Clinic they check him for everything and found out he has Cushing's disease if I took there diagnosis my dog probably would be dead. If you need a good veterinarian go to Weeki Wachee Veterinarian Clinic and see Dr. Sticker he is very good and the staff are very friendly.
