Florida Cracker Trading Company is a great little adventure and a Florida gem in Brooksville, offering excellent food and decent prices. The menu features exceptional Deep South and Cajun dishes for lunch and dinner, plus an awesome and very filling southern breakfast with items like carrot cake pancakes, waffles, and a veggie omelet. The service is exceptional, with nice, friendly, fast, and upbeat servers who check on guests. The attached shop sells unique Florida souvenirs and awesome t-shirts. Many highly recommend this spot and note it is worth a visit, though it is good to bring cash.
