I almost forgot about wanting to write a review for this store. A couple weeks ago, my mom and I were there picking up a few things. My mom is 81 and has a slight bit of dementia. We were at the register and I was putting the cart back when I heard the cashier ask my mom something, and mom said “No”. The cashier started handing her the change and my mom said that she can keep the change for the kids. The cashier got really nasty and said, I can’t do it now, that’s why I asked you before your total, you should have paid attention to me and then you would’ve known what I was talking about. Keep your money and just leave the store.
I love that store but, I will never shop there ever again after that rude cashier spoke to us like that. Completely uncalled for, especially since we live in a senior citizen area.

Just had a terrible experience at this store. My kids and I frequent a dollar tree AT LEAST once a week. We had just started shopping and we were in the toy isle. My daughter bounced a basketball a couple times to make sure there was enough air in it and over the loud speaker came a voice reprimanding her to stop bouncing the basketball in the aisle. How embarrassing. She felt scared and embarrassed. THEN my potty training age child and her had to use the bathroom. The doors were locked so she ran up to the front to ask for keys. The girl was very rude to her, gave her a nasty face and then refused to allow us to use it stating that we would have to go to Walmart or Bealls next door. SERIOUSLY??!!!! I had to run out of the store leaving all purchases behind and now my toddler is screaming because of this. I’m so disappointed in Dollar Tree right now. Especially to treat KIDS like that?! I’m not going to be going anymore. I will go to Dollar General from now on. I’ve never been treated like that at Dollar General. How sad.

Love this store!!!! Awesome girls that work there too!!!! Jo, Detri,.Nancy, Shae and Celiz are my favorite workers!!!! All the employees work so hard to keep the store so well organized and so nice!!! The cashier's are speedy and knowledgeable of their job,.they ring customers up in a timely manner!!! And there are always sticked up with merchandise!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!! So shout out to all the employees there, your doing an awesome job!!!!

Horrible customer service, a few days ago I made a purchase and before paying I asked the cashier if if the receipt didn't work I could return and they would refund my money and she told me YES, I'm coming back today because it didn't work and she told me They say I can only exchange what I bought and they can't give me my money back. It seems disrespectful to me that they deceive customers like this.
