I bought a 10ft quest angler. First time we brought it out my friend caught a 10 pound bass!!! Then the second time we brought it out he caught a 8 pounder and we caught bunch of small fish both times. It’s so worth the money ! It’s so cool and fun and convenient! Im doing a in depth review on it on my YouTube channel! If you have any thoughts on getting one just do it ! Well worth it. It’s stable and fits 2 people perfectly !

The best shopping experience I've had in forever. You definitely have a new customer who is absolutely impressed. Kam was amazing and professional. He helped me find a great pair of shoes. He listened to me and was so courteous. The store was so clean, organized, and easy to shop in.

Manager was extremely rude when he approached me and asked if I needed mental help. No words exchanged lead to this interaction. Was very offensive considering that was doing nothing and that other people may have mental issues. Would not go back to the store even if I really needed something.

If shopping for golf related items, drive to Tampa to Golf Galaxy. Much better service with experienced employees not children, better selection as well as return policy. Same company, different policies apparently.

Excellent place but they should put the clothes and things for women on one side and the other for men, everything is together so it is not easy to differentiate the clothes

Unprofessional Terrible customer service with manager Heather, I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, next day brought 2 of them back wanted to return one and exchange the other for different color, i do so then a week goes by and i still dont see a refund on my account, i call and speak to manager and she says you will get it, it takes time i returned on 4/9 and now was the 16th so i call customer service they say you dont have a return coming, oh wow, so i go to the store and go to the shoe dept and ask the guy there here is my receipt for these shoes i paid for can you see if they are back there and he finds them, The manager Heather acted like i was lying tring to get something for free, and she finds out that i was right and she got more upset and disrespectful because maybe she dont like to be wrong, we are human it happens, basically they had my shoes i paid for and no refund, she escalated the situation with her attitude, She is supposed to be a manager deescalate the situation not escalate it, we human we make mistakes and we are not always right, Just fix it and move on, please send her to some manager training leadership classes

Never in my life have I been so embarrassed and offended dealing with a store manager(s).... I'm doing holiday shopping with my daughter and noticed on my bank app that I was charged twice. You would think this would be a simple fix due to a honest mistake by either the cashier or technology on their end but of course not!! Instead I had to have a heated argument with four different employees/managers with them refusing to give a refund even though I showed them their mistake on my bank app. One employee even had the nerve to have me log in and out of my bank account in front of my daughter and the other shoppers. Made me feel like I was trying to commit fraud over a $100+ overcharge. Any other company would have refunded me upon providing proof of my bank account showing that I was charged twice. Never in my life have I dealt with such embarrassment. And my honest opinion I think one of the employees is stealing and taking the money out of the cash funds at the end of the night. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a manager themselves in my opinion.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Emily charged my husband incorrectly for a sale item. He gets refunded for the mistakr and then leaves. As he's leaving he gets a notification that his card has been charged twice for the same transaction. He proceeds to go back inside to get it fixed. Then the manager Julia algire treats him like a criminal for getting charged twice by Emily. Now for a $102 purchase and a $25 refund. He gets another charge for a 102$. Do not support this company. Now we have to wait for the bank to dispute the charge. This is absolutely ridiculous and not OK. He was treated like a criminal or a scammer in front of the whole store. With my 11 year old next to him. Do not recommend this location at all!!! It's the holidays!!! And we just wanted to get my kid a few things. Which has now costed me 204$ for a purchase of 102$

Impolite employee, very rude and lectured me for asking where something was because “I should actually look for something instead of walk around aimlessly” told me that walking around affected her and the other employees jobs and their tasks
