Leo was good as a salesmen but I think new to selling. Very nice and helpful but we asked a number of questions he couldn’t answer.
Sol was finance person and very helpful. Gave us his iPhone charger cord because we needed one!

My experience was different from previous visits, therefore I have not rated it lower. From trying to schedule to communicating with the service department after the service was completed, was abominable!!

Mike in the RAM service department has been exceptional! His fast and reliable service stands out compared to others I've dealt with in the past. He made my vehicle maintenance experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend him for anyone needing dependable service at RAM!

Very positive experience I believe the representative’s name is Nicole. She managed not only the repair of my car but myself as well getting me to and from my home;.. thank you also to Rich for doing the picking up. They apparently had a separate computer person come in to do some upgrade to my car which seem to go well and then maintenance
They did a great job with my car and answered any questions I had and I did have a few.

Mike Smiley in the service department is great, can't say enough good things about him. The Sales folks are the polar opposite and the reason I don't recommend this stealership at all .

Oil wasn’t cleaned off from oil change, and was left dipping from the filter change. Tires were not aired up properly after rotating( left 20psi low in the rear), no oil sticker and didn’t reset the oil change light. Didn’t fill washer fluid.

They said they did a multipoint inspection, but after signing all the paperwork. I found that one of the headlight daytime running lights was burnt out. I also have a service light coming on already and it’s not even been 24hrs since I left the dealership. My backup camera also is not readable and very cloudy, unusable. And last but not least. I found two small cracks in my windshield. The salesmen as ok but definitely needed to learn more about the vehicle, as he didn’t know all questions I had and didn’t think the headlight was out until I showed him 3-4 times and then had to get the manager to verify like I was lying or something. I hope I don’t find any other issues I the near future even though I have a pumper to pumper warranty .

Had recall notice for my 22 ram, made appointment with michael (service advisor) dropped off truck, picked up a few hours later. Staff was super friendly. They did a 27 point inspection while the truck was there but did not try to upsell me, just inform me. Thanks for making it a pleasent experience
