Ended long time support of his business today.
I came in for a simple replacement of a part that was a easy fix. I even had the part.
He looked it up on his computer and said 250 and it would take removing of my bumper.
I told him my car was not stock and it was as easy as a screw. I was just passing by and figured they could do it real fast if not busy. He refused to go look and said the computer, like it knows my car. lol
he sends his "Mechanic" to look. he said to my face he could remove it by taking the one screw off, but tell Carlos no.
Still Carlos refused to look at my car for himself and decided no matter what he was going by a computer. What kind of owner is so lazy to go and just look at a loyal customer's car.
this is not my first time getting into it with him. He blew up my brake booster in one of my other cars and tried charging me for it. He did good by me, that's why I keep giving him my business. NO MORE
Not mine or my friends and family anymore. Thanks Carlos thought you were a real Mechanic.

Purchased 4 brand new tires (WITH FULL WARRANTY) and 2 months later two of them went bad. Took my car in today at 8:30 am and turns out that one of them had possible damage due to a rear shock slowly going out but not confirmed. The other tire was a factory defect so i was given a tire to use until the factory tested their tire to figure out why it was defective. Meanwhile i bought a used tire in the meantime until i could bring it in to change my shock. I was waiting from 9am until 1:30pm (my car was being worked on the whole time.. two tires). When it was ready i left and drove 2 miles and the pressure dropped fast, so i turned around and headed back. They replaced the tire and I drove 10 miles and that tire went flat but this time left me stranded on the busy highway. I called but the owner refused to just give me a new tire as a replacement for the defective one and now im stuck with one bad tire and a flat tire. Mind u.. i have full warranty. This man does not care about his customers when it comes time to cover a warranty he is more concerned about money than to have a satisfied customer. My wife and i both missed our doctor appointments due to waiting all day and in the end NOTHING was accomplished besides being stranded with my family on the side of the road. Wasted day! I do not recommend this place if u are looking for proffessionalism or customer care. Money is more important to the owner

My first time getting my vehicle serviced at C & C was a great experience. Kristina was so awesome, professional, and very friendly. The guys took my car to the back and worked on my vehicle pretty quick. Thank you all very much !!!

I've had work done previously and had no issues. But the last time that I went in to get a tire that was used they put the tire on I paid for it and I got less than 5 mi down the road and it was losingair rapidly so I took it back and they informed me that they only had that one tire so they had to just patch it. But I had already paid for a used tire not a used tire with a patch close to the sidewall of the tire. Didn't even offer to give me a portion of my money back. Didn't tell me this until they brought it out patched to put back on my car so I had no choice but to drive off with it because they had already taken my old tire to dispose of. I drove on the patched up tire for less than 2 days and it went flat while driving and wasn't any good. So had to pay for another tire at another place within 3 days of getting a tire from them. I understand there's no warranty on used tires at this place but if you come back within 10 minutes of pulling off with the tire they gave you going low and then instead of giving you another used tire they patch the tire that you just bought and put it on your car. Unprofessional and I won't be back.

This is my second time here at C & C Auto and I am again amazed by there customer service, and how much they wanted to help. Kristina was amazing, professional, and friendly. In fact every person I encountered was friendly. From now on thus is the only place I will come. If you need tires or work done on your car this is the place to come. I promise you will be so happy you did.

This place is awesome. Kristina in the front was amazing and ready to help in an emergency I had. The employees.in the back were quick and efficient. Everyone was professional and courteous. The people here are kind and fair. I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Lady said she had tire in stock when I arrived she didn’t acknowledge me as she watched videos on her phone . Turns out they didn’t have tire in stock and I wasted my time and gas going there.

Bought a tire from them which eventually seperated at wires then went to have them replace it and was charged $50 and they didnt even put all 6 lugnuts back on the truck.. like what has to be done to get good service? Yall took well over an hour to replace 1 tire and couldnt even get that correct...

Great customer service from the front desk but the used tires are extremely over priced. You also have to pay more when using a card.

I love this place they are awesome very fair prices and care about the work they put into your vehicle will be returning if I have anymore issues with my car
