I am a local contractor. I have in the past installed windows for this company as a vendor for peanuts on the dollar.. I recently called 4 days in a row to speak with someone to purchase MI windows and was sent to voicemail. I have left voicemails and e-mails with no response.. I was told the manufacturer MI is laying off 15% of its employees due to shortages in sales.. How ironic this supplier isn't giving quotes on a product that is down on sales.. Terrible company to work with get your supplies from a company that isn't so loyal to large builders they ignore the small contractors!!!

I haven't had the pleasantry or doing business with this company yet , but I was on the phone ,...for two minutes max . This is a very professional and pleasant place and people who care. Know one had reasonable prices for 4'*8' , 3/4 , thick sheets of birch and he had the answers I needed (he had it and it beat all and any prices I have found at just over 90 a sheen and 10 or more the price will be reduced.I can't wait to do business with Builders FirstSource.Thank you for the wonderful and knowledgeable customer service.Sincerely.Mitchell high end painting., Auto performance and .Audio instalation From Planning stages to finish. Mary always gives customer service with a smile!!!!!! Thank you for helping with a purchase. Thank you Keith for helping me figure out exactly what I needed since I had absolutely no clue. Thank you Bob for delivering the items and placing them right where I needed them, working thru that horribly rainy day. I am not sure who the loader of the wood to the truck was but I thank you too because it takes a team for everything to get done!!!! I thank you all!!!!

Builders First Source carries only cabinets, milled wood, trim, windows and doors. They do not carry fixtures, like sinks, toilets, faucets.

Place is clean they know what they are talking about and the pricing is reasonable. Bought 3 doors and a frame and door handles for less than home depot and lowes I saved more than $200
