I am so impressed by the service provided by Brooksville TV Service. My house was struck by lightning and it took out pool equipment, all of my outdoor lights and can lights in my ceiling. But it took out my 65” curved TV. I didn’t even know if TV repair was still available. We’re such a throw away society. Thankfully Kyle was able to work his magic. Tonight I have my TV back. Thank you Kyle, and thanks to Robert who picked up my TV and reinstalled it today. Highly recommend this wonderful service. ‼️

Kyle is awesome, not only did he give me a great deal on a new sony, he is making a customizing the old mounting bracket to fit on the new TV!
You will not get this type of above and beyond customer service at any Big Box stores!

I paid the $50 problem solve fee and decided not to fix the TV. When I went to go pick up the TV.. both the man and woman tried to tell me the TV stand that I brought in missing the screws was their part. (I was going to pay him for putting stand on since it was missing the parts) They argued with me and tried to make me leave the part I brought in saying it was theirs. They wanted to give me a part that didn't match the TV.. I stood my ground ... And walked away with my part which I bought in..

I would give Kyle more than 5 stars if I could. He went above and beyond with educating, ordering, delivering and installing our new tv. As a bonus he fixed my RV audio issues and everything at incredibly fair prices. Don’t shop big box stores when his prices are the same and the customer service is exceptional. I promise you will not get this kind of service and support at the big box stores. Thank you Kyle

My husband wasn't sure if he wanted to get our TV repaired or buy a new one. After speaking to the owner operator of the business he decided to take a chance and get it repaired.Our TV has better color and picture than when we brought it home the 1st time!We highly recommend this place and they have great deals on merchandise that others decided they didn't want and they repaired!Mom and Pop local Brooksville shop...Check them out ??

I took my 7-month-old Vizio 58-in TV in for repair. It would have cost more to repair than I paid for it so I decided to forgo the repair and buy a new set. After much research I decided on a sony. Coincidentally the Brooksville TV store is a authorized Sony dealer and also Kyle is an authorized warranty repairman. I am a widow without anyone in the family with technological savvy. So it was worth it for me to pay more for a TV and have the confidence of a knowledgeable person available by phone or in person to help me troubleshoot any problems that may arise. Check them out even if you usually shop at big box stores.

I took my 7-month-old Vizio TV in for repair. The cost of the repair would have been more than I paid for it. So I decided I would just buy a new one and I had researched at Sam's club and Best buy and had looked online for a comparison between Sony and Samsung and Sony came out on top. Coincidentally Brooksville TV is a authorized Sony dealer and Kyle is an authorized Sony warranty repairment. It was worth it for me to purchase from them to get delivery and set up by an expert not some kid still wet behind the ears. And it's gives me a lot of confidence to know that any questions I have I can call kyle. Consider shopping there and support our local businesses.

Kyle is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting with the purchase of a new TV. He took time to answer questions and explain the features of various televisions. We are very pleased with our new Sony.

Great service. I can't understand why anyone would buy a Sony TV anywhere else. Price is same as any big box store. Service is fantastic. They deliver and set up TV go thru all functions and take away your old TV. I highly recommend Brooksville TV. Great price and service. You could buy cheaper TV but if you want quality and service there isn't better place.

Excellent and personal service. I was looking for a small TV for my bedroom but needed one that could swivel for optimum viewing. Kyle came up with a great solution with my new Samsung 32" and a swivel stand. He delivered, installed and set up all my streaming channels! I am beyond thrilled. He also adjusted some settings on my large Sony to use features I had not been using. There is nothing like a local business to give quality service.

Best TV selection, delivery and installation BY FAR. EVER. Reasonable cost for new TV. They also service. Today we had a new Sony delivered and installed. Kyle found so much that the other “big box” installers missed. We like personal service; we need expert education and installation. This local business has it all.

Very nice owners. More than helpful to me and I wasn't even buying a TV I just wanted information on if they knew anyone to install a regular TV antenna. Gave me a name of a guy very helpful. So I left the store what did a couple errands decided to go back and talk to him about a new TV. I ended up buying a 75 inch Sony because the prices cheaper than Sam's Club. And they install everything for you also.
