July 15, 2023 General Manager Mike's Auto Body Brooksville 12217 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville, FL 34613 Dear Sir or Madam: I want to compliment and thank you for having a business that employs people who are customer centric. From the minute I walked through the doors of your Hwy. 50 facility I was greeted warmly and with a smile by the ladies at the reception desk. On my particular visit they were very gracious in spite of the commotion going on at the Enterprise Car Rental desk close by. They informed me that John Wright would be giving me an estimate on the damage to my vehicle and he would be with me shortly as he was assisting another customer. In a matter of minutes John came and introduced himself. A true professional who was customer focused and knowledgable. After John inspected my vehicle he sat down with me to explain the estimate on what would be needed from ordered parts to shop time. We made a tentative appointment time for the repair as the variable would be Toyota parts. Your office was great on the follow-up and everything fell into place and my vehicle was received for repair per appointment by John and he followed up with me via cell on the repair progress. In fact, the job got done quicker than originally promised. Upon pick-up, once again John assisted me and also informed me about the other automotive services (that I was not aware) your company provided. Based on my EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE at Mike's Auto Body Brooksville and the interaction I had with your representative John, I will be back. Took my car there to have repaired from an accident. Just wanted the Fender and bumper replaced and painted. The rest I was able to do because it was small scratches and things like replacing a wheel cover. Insurance paid for all the damages already, so I wanted to do the jobs I could do and have them do the stuff that I was unable to do. They wanted to write the complete job and fix all or they were not going to do any of the job, giving me the most unreal story and they started sounding like the insurance company trying to get out of paying the claim. I have had a family in the autobody business for over 30 years and never heard such a line of crap. Well I guess that is how they got the big autobody shop. Don't trust them and wouldn't bring a matchbox car to them.

destroyed my seat with ink then super cleaned the leather till it broke. paint job was terrible. don't go there you will regret it

I have used Mike's several times in the past with good results. They are a professional organization with reasonable pricing and, based on my experience, they do good work. Our MINI recently had a minor argument with a mail box and the resulting dent needed to be pounded out and the rear panel repainted. Now it looks like new. I have used them in the past to replace a hood on a classic Mercedes and their repairs and paint work were flawless. I recommend them.

John Gallagher the owner is a good businessman and runs a "tight ship" and they do great work! I was in the collision repair equipment business for many years, and I would definitely take my vehicles to Mike's Auto Body.

Our 2013 F-150 had damages related to an accident we were involved in on our way home from Key West, 10 PM at night last July 2020. The driver's side, and passenger had damage, and also wheel well areas. This body shop was absolutely incredible--the employees took their time with us & worked well with our State Farm Insurance. The day we picked up our truck--it looked brand new--inside & out. I can't say enough good thinks about this body shop.

Only issue we had was the original estimate of 3-4 days turned into 8 days due to a low estimate of cost by the insurance company. Professional business with great customer service. Progress was texted to us regularly. The work was excellent and the car was returned cleaned inside and out.
