Went in to upgrade my phone while bri was pretty busy, she had a great attitude and was helpful and efficient. Definitely the best visit that I’ve had so far

I had such a pleasant experience in an easy walk through how to transfer over my phone and upgrade to an iPhone 12 and switch everything over.Bri was so helpful and the process was easy and quick.

bri was very helpful helping me port my phone over and all of my information over to my new phone. i’m definitely going to be seeing her again. i hope they keep her in brooksville
