Im getting tired of this place. Ive been using this place for over 2 years now. Ive watched different people (employees/owners) come and go over the time, and the price raise. Been told that last wash is 7:30 more than once by different people when i clearly started my wash before 7:30. As if i missed all the signs that say "last wash 7:30". And today i get here to wash 1 load of clothes, in 1 machine, at 7:20 (which ive done before and have always been done no later than 8:30ish) and they are closed. No sign on any door saying that they would be closed for the holiday (memorial day monday). It says LAST WASH 7:30, I GOT THERE BEFORE 7:30 AND THEY WERE CLOSED! There have always been signs up ahead of time to let the customers know when the business will be closed for a holiday. I guess they must have taken it down before i got here. So now i have to find another laundromat at 7:30pm to wash clothes.

The employees are racist. They openly ignore customers requesting assistance due to the color of their skin.

I saw an employee openly ignoring a customer who needed help simply because of the color of her skin. I'm appalled and disgusted by the treatment shown.

It was ok, a couple people warned us about machine #10, said it's been broken for weeks and they've contacted the owners but it's still broken. I believe there's room on 50 for some compution that's newer and has updated machine and facilities for these hard working customers. It's hard enough to work all week just to have to stay all day in a place that's not comfortable and clean.

I like this laundromat because it’s clean, always has quarters and provides a ATM just incase. But occasionally there’s people who come in and are barefoot, or shirtless. Just can tell when that happens the surrounding cloud gets a little uncomfortable. But I wont not give the place a good rating just because there’s some weirdos in brooksville ??♂️ definitely do recommend this place though!

I agree with one person that said it's filthy, black mold on the rubber part where you put detergent, only two big washers seem to be newer , that place could be my favorite one but washing means clean and this black mold scares you a lot and AC could be set at lower temperature to prevent the mold, Hope the owner will see this message and do something about it...

It's a decent size, and the washers and dryers function. Well, it's clean and air-conditioned nicely.
