I purchased a couch and moved out of state, when it was put together I thought I received the wrong couch. Beth helped me figure it out over the phone, she was excellent. I will definitely recommend anyone I know to her store. Thank you Beth for the excellent customer service.

W When I first moved here, I visited the big lot store because I've been a fan of big lots for many years.I wasn't that impressed, but about a week ago.Maybe two weeks ago a new manager named elena took over the store here in Brooksville, fl.and has really tuned it all around for a better shopping experience .
