My son and I went into this store to try to find a vest for his homecoming outfit. When my son went to ask the associate for help, he gave him a short answer and did not offer any further assistance. Just minutes before, the same associate was glad to help an older couple—to include helping them with sizing and the fitting room. As I teach my child how to act appropriately in public, being kind and respectful, it is very disappointing when he sees that associates profile and do not offer the same type of help.

Love the clothes. The people that work there are usually nice. But the one fitting room that’s open…. Is absolutely gross. Lighting is out, carpet is filthy and it smells like urine.

I managed to find 6 dresses I wanted to try on for an upcoming wedding, I’ve never been stated to upon leaving any dressing room anywhere until now “that it took me a long time” by the security guard. This lady was standing outside of the fitting area waiting for me as if I was going to walk out wearing one of the dresses - I’m literally in a pair of jeans and t shirt, it’s after 4 pm I’ve just gotten off of work, I had just left Marshall’s trying on dresses, I’m 4 months pregnant - I’m tired, low on breath, so no I’m not moving my fastest at a time like this. As a woman of darker complexion, I felt judged as if I was attempting to steal. I did buy one of the dresses but I’ll never go back there again.
