I called the store to see if they carried beads and thread for hand tied extensions. Person on phone said I don’t know and hung up on me. Extremely rude.

I lost the majority of my hair due to covid. It's been a long horrible experience for me to say the least.So I purchased a wig from them, took it home and tried it on. It was chopped up on one side. It was defective. So I went back to try and exchange it for an item that I can actually wear.They told me absolutely not. They accused me of cutting it up. They refused to even discuss the possibility of making it right.I understand store policy but being a decent human being trumps pieces of paper that have been taped to your register since 1998.He's going to stay in business and continue to steal while hard working people give him money for defective merchandise. At this point he has my money and I have nothing. That's thievery. Period.Do not give this company any of your precious money. They do not deserve it.

Got this wig three years ago from this store and it’s still in phenomenal conditionAlso two years ago I was shopping at the save mart next door and some guy was stalking me through the store and trying to stalk me to my car, I ran into this wig store and they told him to leave and kept somthing horrible from happening to me, for that I thank the people who work here and also thank you for an awesome reliable wig ???

I am new to the area I have bought two lace fronts from here and so far I am happy. I also love that they don’t fellow you around they let you look and enjoy looking for products. Very clean and I am a happy customer.

The chinese man there was rude to my children because my daughter was touching something she wanted. The store barely have anything. A bunch of cheap hair. No beauty supplies
