“I reached out to Paul at Hybrid Repair after realizing that most mechanics in the area didn't have the software necessary to work on my 2012 Toyota Prius after the brake actuator broke. My only other option was the Toyota dealership, but they wanted to charge me $200 an hour. Paul took care of the problem for me for almost half the price and was always available to chat and communicate on the phone when I needed to reach out and ask questions.
