I have generally had good experiences here. Staff is normally pretty helpful. Stock is normally full. Although I think they should have paper towels around the store because sometimes you want to wipe off lotions or soaps that you tried the scent of.

Would not allow me to exchange products I ordered online two weeks ago (never opened) because "they don't sell the scent in store". As a former B&BW employee, I am well aware of their policies and the employees at this location clearly do not. It took three associates to come to that conclusion. Will be calling corporate and will not be shopping here anymore.

I went in to exchange (with my receipt) 3 candles I purchased a few days ago. The 2 White Tea & Sage candles didn't put out enough scent and the 1 Gardenia candle had an issue with 1 of the wicks and wouldn't stay lit. The two young lady cashiers were debating whether they could take the candles back since they were burned. I obviously had to burn them to know the information of why I was exchanging them. Although, the outcome was what I had wanted, I felt like they thought I was doing something shady. I still gave 4 stars since I just "felt" like they were judging me, maybe they weren't & I'm crazy

Staff always friendly and helpful at this location and the smells are amazing as always!! Staff maybe even a little too helpful as somenhow or another I always walk out with way more than planned and very happy.
