I’d like to give a shout out to all the staff at the Brooksville store, good people. My sales person Cameron was excellent, professional & Friendly. He really has a good sales style, didn’t pressure, just answered all my questions. He walked me through the financing & delivery, covered everything , just a great shopping experience.

First let me say that the sales people have nothing to do with this.
I purchased a Remington Bedroom set and noticed that the drawers on dresser are uneven bigger gaps on rite side and not on left side.
Call customer service and they send a technician out and he said that's how the dresser is made in structure.
Call back to follow the report and they told me they can't exchange it.
I'm very unhappy the dresser still has the tags on and all still.they don't care about the customer at all they shut you down quick rather than looking for a solution to the problem.
Just bought this dresser and don't even want it.
They also said returns had to be in 24 hrs.
The customer care guy George said he can't do anything for me.
Walmart has way better customer service than badcock customer service.this company is a joke.
Very disappointed with my purchase all I want is an exchange at least and they won't do it.
Will never buy nothing from here ever again.
This was second bedroom set purchased from this place but this second one has been a nightmare never again.
there priority is not customer service at all.
Need to get a hold of corporate maybe they can help me.
Please people stay away from this store if you want great customer service and want them to listen to you!
