Since becoming a member, car wash still has problems with their premium wash. There is almost always something that does not work quite right. Top management needs to check everyday operations. Other Take 5 Car wash locations work properly. Cortez's location is the one that needs help.

The vacuums and free windshield cleaner and interior cleaner with microfiber towels are great. The wash itself is good, not great.
I have often had dirt and bugs still on my car, and the tire shine typically misses at least 1 tire, sometimes 2. I do have low and wide profile tires so that may be a reason. I'm not sure because other washes have treated all my tires without any issues.

Great car wash. I have the family plan with 4 vehicles so it's very cost effective. Staff at all locations, especially Spring Hill/Brooksville are fantastic!

The Take 5 car wash on Cortez blvd Brooksville Florida is always closed however they have no problem selling a monthly membership that is useless for a regularly closed business. I tried to contact customer service and received some generic reply about upgrades being performed there is no posted information regarding upgrades and frequent closures. They don’t care about their customers at all. I have never seen anything being updated or upgraded when I go there and it’s consistently closed. Just a cone and chains blocking the entrance but always several people by the vacuums using them. I use the bank next door for my business so I’m frequently over there (Monday -Saturday once a day between 8 and 3 ) I thought this would be a convenience. Unfortunately almost every day they are closed when I go to the bank, I’ll take my business across the street to the new car wash.Tommy’s express. Hopefully they have the equipment in operational condition more often than Take 5. Highly disappointed.
