Concerns Regarding Sanitary Conditions at this location
Dear 7-Eleven Corporate Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention some serious concerns regarding the sanitation and professionalism at the 7-Eleven location near Nature Coast High School
During my recent visits at 6:30pm on 11/6/2024, I observed that the store's cleanliness did not meet the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. Specifically, the hotdog buns are wrapped in saran wrap rather than being properly ordered and sealed, raising questions about food safety and hygiene. Additionally, I noticed employees consuming food directly from the case, which is highly concerning from a health standpoint.
Furthermore, the demeanor of the staff was less than professional. They appeared disrespectful to customers, which detracts from the positive reputation that 7-Eleven has built over the years.
Also, the employee came from around the counter after I put the money on the counter, came outside and threw it at me and told me my money is not welcome here when I went to check out, took the hotdog from me then when I went and got another one he came from around the counter as he was gonna threaten me and intimidate me from getting another hotdog and gonna call the police on me

I’ve never been to a gas station that locks its convenient store doors because staff went on a bathroom break?… the strangest thing. All I need is a gatorade. I’ve literally been standing at the door for five minutes now

First time stopping here. OK, the pumps take credit card for convenience of getting gas and going. Unfortunately, I got gas but to get a receipt I need to go inside(and stand in line). So no convenience at all. These should be checked daily or twice a day to ensure customer convenience. For now, im avoiding this location. Other 7/11's are fine...

I thought you could get fresh coffee 24hr I was wrong stop in to get coffee 3:45am I know it's early I ask him if he could start a coffee he told me no I will not start coffee till 4am so I went down the street to different 711 they were happy to make fresh coffee. I will be ranching out to corporate offices.

This is a newer 7 Eleven and has new owners Josh and Maddie they are wonderful ppl and it's good to see a business that is american owned and operated considering so few are anymore.( I'm not prejudice)
