I take my autistic 16 year old here every day. Your manager is the best he deserves a raise, and the employees are always so sweet to us. 10/10 reccomended and autism friendly

This store is very good. Been going there for years when it was Sunoco. However this 1 star rating is due to what seemed to be a new cashier there.... Has black hair , Hispanic ? I had paid $20 for gas and a $10 bill for one $5 lotto ticket. She literally lied and told her coworker who's usually there that I only paid $10 for gas. And I had 3 orders. When it was only 2. Her coworker pulled up the receipt and proved that I did pay $20 and was ticked off that she got caught in a lie. ? Other than this incident that happend within the last hour of writing this review the store is fine. Always get your receipts!

This store has so many things wrong with it starting with the staff. This store should be shut down. Uber and door dash drivers send in there kids according to the staff so when the actual Uber driver who are working hard and are almost 40 come in to pick up the orders the get hassled. They have sold cigarettes to underage people claiming to not have known the age was now 21. I know because I over heard two workers taking about how a costumer was going to be mad and this was just a week ago and it's January of 2024 ?. They Hassel Uber and door dash drivers when picking up alcohol orders! It seems like this store has a problem with the underage groups. I try to avoid this store. I am thankful for all the new gas stations that are now in that area ??. The worst gas station I have ever stoped at. Yes I do not look super old but I do not look like I'm a child either. The same girl who has checked my license and we have had the same conversation seems to like to start problems with me. I will not Uber or dash from this store ever again. Terrible

The girl at the counter was very rude. I walked in and I was the second in line and she let her friend buy a blunt so she cut in front of me and they were smoking outside and when I went to buy my stuff I asked a question and instead of listening to what I was saying she cut me off and tried to tell me something incorrect so I repeated myself and she said “I got a line forming here and I got things to do” she was so busy rushing me. She wasn’t understanding what I was asking and if she just kept her mouth shut and just let me ask her my question she would’ve understood and I kept saying no you’re misunderstanding… I was very calm and I apologized and said hey, I’m sorry if I was it more clear… And she didn’t even offer any apology or no worries..I don’t understand how she’s gonna be mad at me for holding up the line that literally just started when she let her friend cut in front of me to buy them some blunts so they can go smoke weed. I would never leave a review for a gas station but this was the first and only time that someone at a gas station Was this rude to me I don’t even know how she has a job and how other people don’t play more often. Honestly a few months ago I went into the gas station and there was this older white woman who literally was high on meth working there and it was really crazy seeing her work all jacked up and I didn’t even leave a review …this time it was a very tall skinny black girl with long braids in her hair who is kind of young in her 30s I think maybe… if I had to choose one employers it over the other, it would be the crackhead, because this one was so rude almost lost my nerve

We used to like to come here because its very colse and convenient and clean for the most part but i will never ever step foot on this store again. The customer service the last 3 time we went here absolutely sucjed!! Im not one to complain but it was horrible! They permanently lost our buisness!!

Just went to 7 11 on broad st in Brooksville. Worst customer service ever and I have been to a lot of 7 11 and I will not go to that again.

I paid $40 cash for gas at $2.89 a gallon, it gave me 13.7 gallons that averages out to $3.07 a gallon why is that?
