Update 2024...Facility looks way better. Everything's taken care of online. Great cust service anytime I've called in.
Rates went up a bit, but still the cheapest in the area...Convenient, local.
New owners. Looks like they are cleaning the place up. Better customer service. Security gates' back up. Feel like my stuff is better protected now.

Overall a good storage facility. I've been using it for a few months. Generally seems to be a secure place. There was a period of a week or so a short time ago when the entrance gate was stuck open. I called the first time I noticed it and got a call back. The second time I called I never heard back. They finally fixed it and haven't noticed any problem since.

"Absolutely atrocious experience with Bronson Self Storage. Not only have I experienced two break-ins, where my unit was compromised and my lock found on the ground, but on another occasion, they cut my lock off due to a late payment and negligently placed their lock in the wrong hole, leaving my unit wide open for anyone to access. Despite police reports filed, their security measures remain abysmal. A warning to anyone considering storing their belongings here: think twice."

No one is on site, minimal security cameras. When you are broken in to little to no concern, can't even get them to file a report.

I have been seeing all over social media there's been more units that have been robbed and yet for the past several weeks their gate has been wide open day and night because I go through their frequently to check my wife's unit. Anybody can just go in and out of sleep please these people are trash
