Went here for the first time and had a issue that I politely tried to resolve. The cashier informed me that it has happened before so I asked to speak to the manager just to get some information. No matter how nice and polite I was and it's all recorded, the manager Ashley did not provide mutual respect. To turn your back while I'm talking and tell me to Google corporate number is unacceptable and disrespectful. The issue wasn't even towards an individual but an item. Their pumps were having issues. All I did was ask for help and even ask her to come outside to verify that I wasn't lying. Now I'm dealing with corporate and my bank from being over charged by these scammers that work here. First time and last time coming here in this city. I understand why the reviews are 2.3

I drive for Uber and am pregnant. On June 2 around 6:30 am, I stopped with something horrible with my stomach due to the pregnancy. I use CEFCO often and stopped at this location in a rush and feeling horrible. Not 5 minutes after entering, the woman working there was banging on the bathroom door telling me to get out. She said I had been in there long enough. I told her my stomach was messed up. She said, "Get out or I'm calling the cops." I told her to call them as I was not doing anything wrong. She continued to yell at me to get out. HOW HUMILIATING and completely unprofessional. I get it's in a bad area, but all I did was go to the bathroom and I'm getting harassed??? I came out of the bathroom visibly upset, and she's telling me she called the cops. She started recording me on her phone and telling me to get out of her store and to never come back. That CANNOT be corporate's or this store's policy! By the way, I was having a miscarriage. I don't know that the stress caused didn't add to it. I'm so upset about this! I can't even pass this store now without getting upset all over again.

People are so rude you don't talk to customers anytype of way!!!! THEN YOU DONT PUT ALL OF MY ITEMS IN ONE BAG, THATS OKAY ILL BE BACK TO GET MY CASHEWS THEN I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK YALL LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER KEEP TREATING PEOPLE BAD AND YOU WILL RUN OUT OF BUSINESS ...... WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STARS BAD BUSINESS

If you're unable to process any sales Then you should lock your doors and close the door until you are Not continue to allow customers in the store and shop and then tell them they can't buy what they want it

So very tired of EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store, I am guaranteed to have someone come up and ask for money (handout) while I'm pumping fuel. I can't believe management allows this to continue. If it were on occasion, then probably not a big deal, but it is ever time and I drive a 21 year old truck, so not like I look the part of having money. I suspect folks who do look the part are pestered even more. Done with this location!

This is a brand new CEFCO. This whole corner has been re-done as there was nothing here before but an old building where the homeless hung out as the correctional facility is across the street. Well, the new Cefco is certainly nice for now, but the homeless still hang out on the corner & the pokey is still across the street. Now the out of business Checkers/Ralley's is where all the homeless people "Rally" & panhandle this corner at Cefco. It's nice during the day, but I won't come here at night as these four corners, at Palafax & Fairfield, are obviously still sketchy.
