I love the store but no one ever answers the phone, I've called 4 seperate days and different times. I will remain on the line for a long time and it will just ring and eventually it will just hang up because no one answered.

I used to love Family Dollar that’s Definitely changed!!! Customer Service is not as good as it could be or as good as it used to be! Prices seem to be going up little by little, now overall noticeably higher than Dollar General. Save yourself the time and go down the road a little ways where you’ll find what you need and people that don’t act like it’s a burden to answer any question you might have!
