Just stay away. Owner is always MIA. And refused to see us regarding issues. No wonder the turn around here is so high. Marty is a nosey and rude employee and then acts ignorant to the problems at hand. Employers plays stupid when there’s double charges and not about to explain why about anything, the young blonde lady in office has no access whatsoever to make corrections but a very nice lady! We had three spots together reversed and then were separated by staff. The wild cats running around can do a better job managing this place!!!!!

Wow, I'm so happy that I have a habit of reading the reviews. Every other one is negative.smh. I see the common denominator of money money money. Not giving a refund or honoring a woman having breast cancer is showing what type of humans you actually are. The place actually sounds like a ghetto with broken down old dilapidated RVs. You stayed there are no bedbugs in your beds, did you inspect them with a ulltra violet light? If one person states this perhapa a issue somewhere else, when many state this we NASA we have a problem. I can go on however thank you campers for bringing to light this so called RV park. I do agree that the pictures of the dumpters are added from Google, I don't believe any RV camp would have that many containers for trash I am tempted to come and film just to put it on my YouTube Channel. To those considering camping here like I was read read read the reviews. God Bless.

The only good thing about this place is the location, if that. The whole campground is a joke. Changed to a cabin stay 2 days before arrival because we didn’t want to haul the RV in the rain. Arrived late because of said rain and had to wait an hour before maintenance decided the only thing to do was break into our cabin to let us in. They couldn’t find the key. Also, when we changed to cabin they could have let us know to bring sheets and pillows.
They only do credits for future stays. The lady was supposed to cancel my campsite reservations and apply that “credit” to the cabin. She ended up charging me full for the cabin stay and the campsite stay.
We knew it was the middle of no where camping grounds but for the amount of the cabin per night, they could have out toilet paper in the bathroom. Maybe turned the AC on? Give the floor a little sweep… Needless to say, the cabin was not prepared for any guests to arrive.
The next morning we were waiting for the rain to subside and wanted to rent a kayak. The lady at the desk told us to wait a couple of hours for the guy who rents the kayaks to come back. Ummmm ok? They rent pontoons for the day too. 3 of them sitting at the dock. Wanted to rent one of those… nope, wasn’t possible. They boast about “staycations” but the only decent thing about the place is the pool. Which was pleasantly empty while we were there.

If you are a routine camper who enjoys taking your RV to new campgrounds on the regular, as most of us with RV's do......RUN FROM THIS PLACE.....do not be fooled by their website projecting this place as friendly to weekend RV campers either.....the owner hates new people for sure !

Don’t make my mistake. The 5 star reviews are just the barflies, day trippers and jet skiers. Make sure you take a look at the ones that detail how their stay was at this place - bedbugs, a very poorly maintained property, rude service and an owner/management without integrity.

Stayed here several times, and after the last visit I'm not sure if I'll be back.
I rented a Cabin overlooking the water and rented a dock space near it as well, I could look out and see my boat sitting there on the beautiful santa fe river, awesome right? For about 3 hours. It was a big mistake renting the dock space. All dock spots are not marked and people feel free to move your boat on their own if it is where they want to park. I don't think I'm being picky, I'd rather not have anyone deciding to untie my boat and move it at their will, without at least asking. So when you are trying to relax at your campsite you just may see someone untying your vessel.. and moving it. Now it's been put in a spot you can't see from your campsite.
And if you use your boat you will come back to someone else in your dock space.. So where do you dock to then? You can't use what you paid for, you have to pull your boat out, put it on the trailer and leave it in the designated boat parking area (it's a lot with a 6 foot fence around it all the way past the office, far from the campsite.
If you are okay with people touching your property then this is the place for you!

Great location, pricing is way too high, and if your RV is older than 2013 your out of luck.
We use to do our yearly Memorial Day camping trip there, pricing was around $250.00 for 4 nights (still have copies of all reservations) now and you can't get a 22' travel trailer site for under $600.00 ridiculously priced now. As for the year of your RV, we have a fully refurbished Airstream and since it's not 2013 or Newer we're unable to make a reservation, so ridiculous!!!!! What happened to the camping community? Have people become so money hungry, they are starting to hit the now camping world.
Think twice before making a reservation, there's other camping grounds in the area that are way cheaper and welcome older RV's.

Its a sad thing to camp here. The pool and
The bar seem to be ok. The river is very nice. But the campground is just waiting to die. The showers are rusty and and unrepaired. The sites are unlevel and the concrete pads are all broken up. The swings scattered about are rotted and broken. All for $89 and up. What a rip.

This is a quaint RV park on the Sante Fe river with rustic rental cabins. Cabins are cute but not well equipped (plungers & brooms would be nice)& in need of some basic TLC. Broken ceiling fans, broken smoke alarms in some cabins, curtains torn/blinds broken (& 50% of windows & the front door had no window coverings at all). However, the bathroom was clean & hot water was plentiful.
We did not sample the hot tub but it looked nice & well maintained. The Inground pool was large & nicely outfitted with loungers, however the pool heater was broken so too cool to try it out.
Rooms: See comments. Other rooms may have been better equipped although our acquaintances had other issues that were not resolved.
Food & drinks: Will rate the on site bar separately- highly recommend.

My family visited the resort on a reservation for a rented a pontoon boat, with canopy, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The facility was easy to find; the staff--friendly and helpful. The boat had all of the required equipment and was filled with gas for the all-day adventure. Everyone on board had a wonderful time.
