My daughter came in to get a dress for her graduation. It was very helpful to help me out. They are so amazing and a manager that’s on duty she always make sure everything is good and stocked up and the staff is also amazing. They do a very good job of helping every customer in the store. I was assistant by Ms. Alex and Lauren they are amazing and great customer service

Horrible experience today w the manager Lauren at the Brandon store. Went in looking for a dress for my nieces, went INSIDE the fitting room w 3 other girls to see how a dress look on one of them, she came in telling us we could not be on the way ( when we were ALL inside the room), that it was too hot in the back and she need it to keep her employed save from Covid. I’ve see 4 people going in the same fitting room to try on dresses and there were way more people in the store. Is was not the first time I had a problem w her. She is not a people person, I don’t know how she got the manager position, having to deal w the customers.

I went the there and it was crazy the manager I believe called Lauren is very rude she treats her employees disrespectfully she embarrasses them and I will not be returning to this Windsor location

I went to Windsor in Brandon Mall because I was dress shopping for my cousin's wedding which was 2 days away. Dillard's is typically my choice when shopping for major events. But, I was not having any luck. While at Windsor Bianca and Lexi both assisted me. Bianca took pictures of my dress so that I could send them to my cousin and get her approval on which one to wear. Lexi helped me with finding the perfect accessories. Bianca and Lexi were Amazing to work with because they took out extra time to assist me and make my shopping experience the best!!! I'm very Grateful for their help ????I got SOOOOOOO many compliments on my dress it felt like I was the bride lol ?
